About
Located just south of the Palm Beaches, Atlantis Country Club has a convenient location that is just minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. The golf course stands out from others in the area thanks to the abundance of mature oaks and pines as well as massive banyan trees. The lush landscape is reminiscent of a course you would find in North Carolina. The layout features fast, undulating greens and fairways that range from being wide-open to tight and lined with trees. Water hazards come into play on nine holes, including a series of canals that cross many of the fairways. Golfers will be confronted with tricky approach shots with water one side and thick stands of trees on the other. To make the golf course even more challenging, there are 100 bunkers treacherously bordering the landing areas and greensides.

Good value course
Tricky greens and challenging layout. With the snow bunnies gone back north, it was eerily deserted. No amenities open.
Florida but firmer
In most respects, Atlantis is a typical Florida course, but the ground and turf are firmer than I expected, particularly after the amount of rain we’ve had here recently. Getting some roll on tee shots was a pleasant surprise. Greens had been aerified recently, but still had nice speed and rolled well. The holes aren’t memorable, and except for the first hole everything seemed to be a dogleg left. Staff is laid back and helpful. Men’s locker room is nice and pretty clean. Carts are good - and fast. With an open course, a foursome could easily buzz around in 3 hours. Pace of play is good, although I was told it can be 5 hours on the weekend. 7 minute spaced tee times will do that! A little more expensive than some other options in the area.

The fairways were not in the best condition

Pace of Play Brutal
Everything was good but waited on every shot. Had to play the front 9 again to Play at a decent pace.

Great value, friendly people
Totally fun little track. Not as easy as it looks because it's windy and there's a ton of sand traps and they're hard. I think I caught the downhill lie on every trap I was in and I was in like 10 of them. The greens are fast and well-kept. The clubhouse is a little ramshackle, but there's a really nice locker room and I got a shower afterwards, for which I was grateful.

Traffic leaving is tough.
Player friendly. Especially if you spray the ball a little. Almost 100 is too much.

Great course, good condition
Loved the course and played with some nice people.only downside was guy in pro shop - he completely ignored us said we were on right side vs left side of pro shop counter!
