About
Located just south of the Palm Beaches, Atlantis Country Club has a convenient location that is just minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. The golf course stands out from others in the area thanks to the abundance of mature oaks and pines as well as massive banyan trees. The lush landscape is reminiscent of a course you would find in North Carolina. The layout features fast, undulating greens and fairways that range from being wide-open to tight and lined with trees. Water hazards come into play on nine holes, including a series of canals that cross many of the fairways. Golfers will be confronted with tricky approach shots with water one side and thick stands of trees on the other. To make the golf course even more challenging, there are 100 bunkers treacherously bordering the landing areas and greensides.

Nice course

Very average
The fairways are in terrible condition, especially the front nine. The greens are okay. No sand in the bunkers. Not worth the price.

Don’t suffer this course
This course was a total disappointment. The pace of play was horrendous as we were behind two different fivesomes, Which the course readily permits. The grass on the fairways was barely adequate and very chewed up. Cranky staff rounded out a dismal experience.

Attractive course with an interesting layout
This is an attractive course with many interesting holes. There wasn’t a lot of water features and on most holes the water wasn’t a factor playing from the forward tees. The greens were in great shape. Most slope down in all directions from the middle of the green making it challenging to hold the green from the fairway and stopping downhill putts. The course ran fairly slow on the Sunday we were there: our tee time was 10:52 but we couldn’t tee off until nearly 11:15. Long waits to tee off on most of the front nine and also had to wait to hit up to each green. It moved along better on the back nine. The slow pace provided ample time to chat with the two guys from Ohio who were in our foursome. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the round - and are booked to play there again tomorrow.

Pace of play
Love the course, the staff, the layout, conditions!!! Love them!!! Pace of play is horrendous! Had to leave after 10 holes because it had been almost 4 hours of 3 groups per hole playing for the masters lol

Horrible pace of play
Never again, they said fivesomes are allowed as long as they keep up, our round 5 hours and 45 minutes.

Great course for the value
Course for the money is great! Staff is great and the pro shop and restaurant make you feel like an old school private club. Felt like good old America when I was a kid. Will definitely play again.

Greens too fast
Overall average course. Pace of play 4 hours or so. Course layout not too challenging.
Greens were the problems. Too fast nothing to help your approach shot bite.
2-3 puts when regularly 1-2. Blows up your handicap pretty quick

Good basic course straight forward. Fast greens and firm
Greens a nice change pace wise. Hold good to a good shot. Nothing real blink shot wise and doable for a first timer
