Real nice layout some real challenging holes. Course condtions could have been better, very brown faiways and sections of greens. Love to play again in season.
Bring some extra balls the marsh has a way of swallowing Prov's. Fazio's design is solid here, but some tricky fairways so pay attention,

Enjoyed my round thoroughly, played as a single in about 2 hours in the rain and had a blast. Course was firm, in spite of the rain; greens were firm and rolled true except for some grass issues on 10 green. Sandhill cranes and baby chicks were a bonus to see along with myriad rabbits and other water fowl.

Good place to play golf . No one rushed behind us.
Fairways were somewhat difficult at times but fun.Greens in good shape as were the t boxes.

First time playing this course. Interesting and challenging. Don't use the driver on all holes if you're not sure driving the golf ball straight.

Challenges all levels of your game. Holes are separated by marshes which requires you to focus on driver position. Will play again.

My father and I had a great day. The course was about a C on the grade scale. We did catch up to a foursome that did not let us play through and consequently we waited on every single shot. They were one and a half holes behind the foursome in front of them, a ranher would have helped speed it up. All in all with a little maintenance Eagle Marsh could be a very nice course. Beatiful views, fun holes, forced carries and firm greens all made for a fun day.

I heard that the course waw really tough but that was not the case. The front nine was manageable and the back nine put up a challenge. Yaardage could have been marked better. The savings was great. $50 off.

This course has good variety of holes. Not an easy course but fair for the average player. Few houses on the course, a welcomed relief from these Florida courses built in between homes.

There's nothing wrong with this place that a few million dollars and some heavy equipment couldn't fix. In leaving so much of the marsh intact, the developers and designer left themselves with no options but to build a course with many forced carries and dogleg holes. Make sure you have your own GPS device with an overhead view of the holes. There are some squirrelly features around the greens and the turf is not in real good shape. Greens are just OK and very firm.

Really haven't put money (or water) on this track in a long time. Going down hill fast. Very dry fairways, dying green complexes, horrible tee boxes. For $50 I expect something that Tommy Fazio would be proud of...I wish he were around to see it today. A notch above Heritage Ridge but not by much!

Lots of water . make sure you play from right tees for you ability or you have hard day. Had a great time . Greens true and not much undulation.

We had to wait 30 minutes for carts to come in before we could play. Despite that gap, we were backed up by the 2nd hole. Pace of play was extremely slow. We were over 5 hours and skipped 4 holes!

This course has great potential but does not appear to have any TLC. The tee boxes are in miserable shape with NO yardage marking present. Fairways lack standard yardage marking and little to no reseeding of high traffic areas is very evident. Greens are rough and uneven where grass patches are missing. It is a real shame that this otherwise beautiful course is in such a state of disrepair.

Eagle Marsh presents a substantial challenge. Danger lurks everywhere. Your line of play is required to be precise. The turf quality is substandard. An enjoyable mix of holes. The forced carries dictate you be a player rather than a pretender.

Course is in good shape but staff could be friendlier. It's a bit hoity-toity for my taste. Biggest problem is lack of food at the turn and few to none cart girls after noon

Great challenging course with lots of variety for all levels of golfers. Country Club feeling. Very scenic with beautifully appointed houses surrounding.
HOWEVER......Bring your own food as no food is available until 11and at 3 when you finish, they have 1 hotdog left???????kitchen staff must have quit??

This is a fantastic course that requires good shots and course management. Make sure to play from the appropriate tees..

I played here several years ago and enjoyed it, I think I paid around $100. So when I saw that I booked a tee time for less than $50 i was excited. That was where my excitement ended, the course was in terrible condition, standing water with a later of algae on top. Fairways looks very beat up. Then we came to the turn and halfway house, except there was nothing there. No appliances, it was abandoned. I think the course should have made us aware of that so we would have grab a snack before we teed off. Yes less than $50 is a good price, but that course is not worth half that amount. I wont be playing here again.
