About
Cypress Lakes Country Club is the centerpiece of the Ormond community, a neighborhood of more than 500 homes. Blending seamlessly into the surrounding cypress trees, the golf course is both challenging and scenic. You'll have to navigate your way around 17 different ponds that come into play throughout the course. With several forced carries over wetlands, it will feel like there is water at every turn. There are also 40 strategically placed bunkers bordering the greens and fairways. It's a layout that will test your accuracy and ability to strategize. Multiple sets of tees keep scratch golfers happy while beginners can also approach the course with confidence. In addition to the golf course, Cypress Lakes has a practice facility featuring a 400-yard driving range with multiple targets and putting and chipping greens.

HURRICANE STRONG
SADLY THIS COURSE WAS AFFECTED PRETTY GOOD BY THE RECENT CAT4 HURRICANE. OVER 130 TREES DOWN. THE CLEAN UP WAS ACTUALLY IMPRESSIVE. GREENS ON FRONT 9 IN GOOD SHAPE. GREENS ON BACK 9 TERRIBLE! BECAUSE OF THE GREENS i WOULD WAIT. THAT ALSO IS THE ONLY REASON I FEEL THE RATE WAS TO HIGH. HAPPY TO HELP OUT STAFF THOUGH.
Dead trees
Hurricane damage, many trees down. Greens were on the slow side. Rates to high for condition of course.
Great to Be Back Playing There
Great course for the money. Unfortunate the loss of trees from the hurricane, but they did a great job of making it have the least impact on play compared to before the storm.
Layout
Course layout is a absolute joke. There are trees in the middle of fairways and playing the tips you will find yourself driving greens.
Terrible layout
Course was closed
I arrived to discover the course had been temporarily closed for several days. I should not have been allowed to book. GolfNow and courses need better communication.
Fortunately getting my refund was easy
Cypress Lakes
Nice layout and this course could be great. The greens are in bad shape and bunkers are totally unplayable. With 90 days of work, this place could be a little gem.
Great price good course
Pace of play was good. Friendly staff. Course is in good condition. Greens are a little slow. Worth the price. Friendly stay. Will play again.
