About
SunRidge Canyon Golf Club provides adventure amid natural terrain over 7,002 yards of par-71 golf. The golf course was laid out by the golf course architect Keith Foster, who hid the golf course in the ridges and canyons of the foothills of the McDowell Mountains, one of the last untouched bastions of the Southwestern United States.
The SunRidge Canyon Golf Club's signature hole is the 17th, and it is unique, giving golfers the option of shooting a 209-yard, par 3 over a box canyon today and then going for a 152-yard par 3 from an elevated tee tomorrow. Foster discovered the elevated-tee opportunity during a tour of the golf course while it was being constructed and added the Canyon set of tees right then. The vistas he knew golfers would get were enough to convince Foster to set up the second set of tees.
After a round of golf at the SunRidge Canyon Golf Club, head back to the Ridge Room, which attracts visitors and locals for the great view and Southwestern cuisine.

Really good course
A little longer and harder than I’m used to but very enjoyable. Lots of cross fairway ditches/washes. You need to really think your way around. Played in 3:45 on a Sunday. Those last few holes are really something - the wicked six - all uphill. Fun outing.
Warned to play fast but so slow
Carts have black tops. Bad design for Arizona. White would be cooler. Greens super fast, like glass. Way slow and wasn’t pushed by staff. Other than this, great course.
Slick Greens
Love this course. Played it years ago and was in Arizona and played it again. Greens are really challenging and fast. Good golfers will really enjoy playing this course. Great views . Great desert golf..

Came back to AZ after 6 years. I made it a point to make sure Sunridge Canyon was on our list. And once again was not disappointed. Great layout, awesome conditions and good bar staff. . I will have it on my play list again. My all time favorite course.
Scenic course but our day was VERY windy
Played SRC day after being clobbered by wind at Wickenburg Ranch and this day was no better. Nothing the course can do about weather but still was not a very enjoyable round.
First Time-Will Return
Very scenic golf course. Round was slowed by a group of 5 ahead of us. Greens were undulated but deceivingly straight. Cours layout is very challenging. Excellent restaurant.

Don’t Mind Your Score, Enjoy the View
I can’t imagine a more beautiful place to play a game. Each hole was beautiful as far as the layout goes, but the real beauty is the backdrop. As if the course itself isn’t challenging enough, it’s constantly distracting players with multi-million dollar homes, cacti as tall as monuments, and mountains that rise out of the horizon as if the course creators painted the sky themselves. Bring your A-game, because there isn’t much room for error. The back 9 is almost entirely uphill. So as the sun gets high and your swing starts to wither, the course gets harder. But don’t let that discourage you from coming out. It’s more than playable and you will have the time of your life.

Loved the scenery and the views were great! Full course layout. Not too difficult but, challenging.
