TPC Scottsdale has earned a host of honors, including a spot among the top three Arizona golf facilities for service and among the "Top 50 Golf and Resort Destinations in the World," the latter by no less than Conde Nast Traveler.
The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale sits where the Desert Course did, but offers the thrills of golfing a new course, this one designed by architect Randy Heckenkemper, who did his best to fit the new golf course into the untouched desert land that surrounds it.
The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale rivals its better-known sibling golf course, the Stadium Course, with all the good looks and good golf one might expect in the Scottsdale area.

Once a year treat
I live there in the valley but kinda far from TPC, plus it’s a little pricey most of the time. Except during sunmer, so my group and I always play once a year when it’s cheaper. And it’s an absolute treat to play here every time. I’m blown away from the bag drop to the cart return it’s a fantastic experience and a different level of service. Thanks for a great round!

Used to be better
TPC Champs used to be a great value and alternative to Stadium. The finishing holes have a great layout. Unfortunately the upkeep isn’t there. The sand traps are thin and filled with poor quality sand. (Asked in conversation with staff and it is a different sand than stadium) The fairways and greens were good but rough and features conditions make it a much less appealing course than in the past.
