McDowell Mountain Golf Club

First time using mats at their range (not a fan). Overall, the course was in very good shape, with almost all in a green, lush state (a positive contrast to most over courses in the Valley). Tee boxes were fine (some could use some leveling), fairways good, rough was being maintained nicely, all greens would hold a shot (not found anywhere else that I’ve seen) and were quite fast (a few were struggling with a foreign grass), and sand traps were very playable. Pace was good (3:45), but the threesome in front of us was a hole+ behind the group in front of them. Definitely a good value with GolfNow Hot Deal. Go and enjoy….

The greens are pretty rough right now. Everything else is in decent shape. The starter warned us that every green undulates and this was not my experience. About half of them are relatively flat around the hole.

Perfect date for golfers. Easy going and a beautiful course. No pressure with strategic shots. Fresh maintained greens. And the views!!!!! Definitely golfing here again.

First time playing here and it was a nice treat. For a Friday afternoon it was very busy, to be expected this time of year.

Course give every level if player a good tee position. Conditions were excellent. Overall pace of ok play it backed up toward the last 8 holes.

Restraunt is terrific, great sunset views of the valley.

The course offered a good challenge for both a 5 and 25 handicap golfer. We managed to complete our round in about 3:15.

pace of play was great - 4 hours. Course was in great condition. Been playing here for years still one of my favorites in the valley.

Overall, nice course with friendly staff. Many of the greens were rough with various patches of different grasses coming through..

I like playing this course because it’s convenient and has a lot of different and interesting holes. Club has full amenities, restaurant, range and practice areas. Course fairways were in very good to excellent condition. On knock on conditioning was on some of the greens. There were spots where it looked like they were recovering. Anyway a good track and I’ll continue to play here when I’m in town.

Enjoyed our day however would not necessarily be my first choice to play again. Driving range balls come onto two holes and there should be nets as 10 and 18 were very unsafe. Washrooms on course were average for cleanliness. Overall course layout was good and in good shape

a beautiful 18 holes early on a Saturday morning. I signed up solo- as a woman, I never know how a course will treat me coming in alone. all employees and the 3 guys I was assigned to golf with were very welcoming, and friendly. The course was beautifully kept up. The greens were quite challenging. I will definitely play here again.

Over priced, but welcome to Scottsdale golf, right? The course is nothing special and rather unattractive in many ways. ( eg power lines ) The clubhouse is nice, but it overlooks the driving range, which is beat to heck, seems very common. The starter lectured us on pace of play, but the tee times were scheduled at 8 minute intervals. Consequently, we waited on every hole. I won't go back at any price.
