About
Located in Mesa, Desert Sand Golf Course is an executive length course with a short layout that is most suitable for beginners, but it is also a good place for golfers of all skill levels to work on their short game skills. Due to its flat terrain, the course is easy to walk with few elevation changes. The greens are remarkably fast and water hazards come into play on five holes. There are also sand bunkers scattered throughout the course. The Desert Sand Golf Course facility offers a chipping area and putting green and it is also home to a golf school.

Played 18 holes and everything went well. Smooth steady movement from hole to hole. Great value and the course is in Summer condition for AZ. Very clean Golf Carts. Great course to play for a quick game.

Nice Little Golf Course
I've played this course many times now and I really do like it. It may not be the most beautiful well manicured course but for someone like me who only gets out to play every few months it's perfect. Today the greens played very fast which was a challenge. It is an older course and I like the older courses like this one.

Grounds keeper was obnoxious
Grounds keeper was obnoxious and would not stop mowing around the greens when we were on them.

Fun course
Nice layout in a established community. Very scoreable, tough pin placements when I played but that being said, there iare challenging greens. Definitely worth playing this course again.

Was trying to hit on the first hole and the worker was cutting the grass and kept getting in front of us in the line of play. Had other workers on the green when we were putting doing maintenance to the holes while we were trying to putt. Very frustrating.
