About
The East Valley's Superstition Springs Golf Club offers one of Arizona's most testing layouts, measuring over 7,000 yards, with a slope rating of 130. Golf course architect Greg H. Nash designed the course and worked with the landscape already in place to provide the abundant mounding, wide bunkers and good-looking but tough-playing water features.
By the time he had finished with the Superstition Springs Golf Club, Nash had created a golf course that Golfweek called one of America's Best Golf Courses.
After - or before - a round of golf at the Superstition Springs Golf Club, hit up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or drinks either inside or on the patio, which overlooks the golf course's signature hole, the ninth.

Not a good value for the money right now
For the price that superstition springs is asking, you would think they would give you a free bag of range balls not the case $10 when you check in
The fairways were in horrible condition in many places unplayable
The greens however we’re in excellent condition
Standing water creates a situation where there are a lot of mosquitoes. It’s highly recommended that you bring and prepare yourself with some offer others mosquito repellent.
I won’t be going back anytime soon, although I do truly like the layout
Round of golf
There needs to be a starter for the course. Too many people bunched up on the tee boxes right from hole one. There needs to be Marshall to keep people close to the pace of play.

We typically have a Player Assistant patrolling the course to provide assistance. Call the golf shop should you need any pace assistance in the future. Its about what you would expect for the hot deal price
The greens are actually in decent shape, some of the fairways are alright but the rest of the course was pretty rough. Lots of dead spots or uncut locations. Lakes are all empty. And there is trash everywhere.

Price Fair, Course Not in great shape
Water hazards completely dried out and nasty looking, grass off fairway not cut for some time, lots of dirt spots in fairways, weeds snd crabgrass in many places. Greens were long, like putting on shag carpeting. To be fair the cost was not much which is somewhat consistent with quality of the course. I got a good price as a “hot deal”

Sunday Round
Course has a great layout with some challenging holes. The pace of play was quick. Most likely due to the heat of summer. Some fry spots and some very wet spots on the course. Very helpful staff
Course is fun
Fairways are really dry and there is a place under the bridge with stagnant water that we had to drive thru that was gross.
