They had just aerated a fee days before and it threw the ball off. I would love to play it again.

Temporary aeration condition detracted from the experience. However, this is a necessary maintenance procedure this time of year. The course was still fun and a good challenge. Folks are friendly and professional. Have enjoyed playing here in the past and will be back soon.

There really needs to be a more informative process for letting people know when the course is punched.

Fun course overall. Definitely worth the money. I would give it 5 stars all around for the attention to detail the staff pay. Play was a bit slow, 5 hour round. Will play again.

Summer fairway’s in AZ

Greens were fast

4 groups of 2 were in front, did not understand why ? Go up on green, group in middle of course, group on tee box, then a group still waiting in there cart at the tee box. Then we are pulling up Haha I think maybe a ranger on the course?

Nightmare conditions on this course. No water at holes even when over 100 degrees. Play elsewhere

Every year I give this course a shot and hope I will be positively surprised... For sure there was no warning that the greens are freshly pinched see my photo. No fun to putt on these greens...

They must have some deal for the afternoon that only beginners are on the course. No Ranger either.

Bring plenty of water - there are no water stations on the course except in the club restaurant. Every trash container on the course was overfilled and the trash was flying around at the tee boxes. No I didn't enjoyed my round.

I haven't played here in a long time. I read such good reviews that I thought I'd try it again. I was sorely disappointed. Fairways are hard packed and give you mostly thin lies. You can't slide a wedge under the ball. You have to chip every shot. Shots into the fairway are unpredictable. The ball may land and bounce 90 degrees sideways. Greens are hard and do not hold an approach shot. I fly my approach shots high and I could not keep a ball on the green. They would bounce and roll off the back. Even shots to the front of the green roll to the back. This happened to all of us, not just me. Greens have been aerated with the small holes, but not filled with sand. The result is a putting surface that bounces all over. I am a single digit handicap and I think that this course has a great layout and it could be an outstanding course, but the conditions make it ridiculous. It was like playing at one of the cheap Sun City courses. Their motto should be "DVR - Where good shots go to get punished".

Beautiful course, greens and fairways were well maintained. Several holes on the back nine could have been marked better but we did find our way. I will be back with friends.

For a warm summer day, greens were nice, just a bit quick and there was not many bare spots in the fairways.

Whoever punched the greens did a great job. Little to no effect on my putts. The bunkers even had decent sand.

The fairways get skinny on the back nine and you’ll need a desert club too. Bring an extra sleeve of balls. You’re gonna need’em. All in all fun times for this challenging course.

Pretty fun course, if your ball goes out of bounds the desert brush and trees is pretty think. Most of the holes on the back 9 is difficult to see - usually dog leg left.
