TPC Scottsdale - The Champions Course

Although it was a nice course it’s not a destination course. The price was a bit high for a TPC course maybe because it’s tied to the stadium course. I will try another location the next time I visit Arizona.

Course maintenance and layout were great. Ace was slow as no marshall to speed up rookie foursome playing tips. Patio bar was ok accept worker refused to come out from behind bar despite fact that we were only group there at the time (we had to go to bar for everything)

Enjoyed the course with my wife. Biggest knock was pace of play but had a great time.

The scenery was spectacular. The greens were fast. We booked online for 1:42 and ended up doing the front 9 twice but we didn’t get to finish second 9 because of time of day. There was people that were set in front of us so our time got bumped later. Which made it so we weren’t get to do the whole course. As we aren’t living in Arizona it was a tad disappointing. For the cost that part was a let down. The staff was very nice trying to make the situation better. And did what they could. That was appreciated. We just wanted to golf here. So I can’t tell you what the back 9 is like. But I would golf here again. The planes going overhead were cool.

The man at the check-in desk in the pro shop could have been a little more friendly and receptive.

I have played once before. both times have been ideal. drink cart girl was awesome too. no cash credit card only but that's because of the pandemic. If you think it might be something you would like to play do it you will not be disappointed. Holes are cut sharply so you have to hit it in I had air under the ball more than once and it did not drop. Overall very fun layout.

Although this was my first tome to play this course, I will definitely be back. Everyone was super nice and the service was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

The course was in very good shape. The greens ran trio and the tees were in great shape. The round was less than perfect due to a very unfriendly playing partner. He told me his name on the 1st tee and never said another word for 18 holes, he just ignored me, teed off and headed to his cart, putted out and did the same. A real putz! The place was horrible, I saw the beverage cart a couple of times but never saw a marshall. The group in front of us was was behind. I might play again but the rea has some many great course, probably not for awhile.

Just an amazing course!! Customer service is impeccable and the course itself is grand. My first time playing a TPC course and I’m spoiled now.

Had a great round. Course was in great condition, much better than my game. Everything was moving well and we had no one pushing us and a Marshall asked us to pick up the pace. We had 4 holes to play and an hour left on there 4hr 15 min round. Didn’t feel this was necessary, but otherwise a great time.

They send an email the day before and outline what is open , course conditions, Covid procedures , range , cart path only

Greens rolled tru and at a good pace

Fairways and tee boxes in very good condition

I wasn’t in any bunkers so I can’t rate

Course layout ok

I have played several other TPC courses and I would say this was a little disappointing as far as the layout goes
