Talking Stick Golf Club - Piipaash Course

Course was an amazing condition, but absolutely no challenge and not worth the price for that kind of layout. Also, you can find much better courses with better challenges for half of the price and also in amazing condition.

The greens weren't ready for play and carts were only allowed on cart paths. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked the course. There are a lot of courses in the area that I would go and play, before I played here again.

Layout is not conducive to carts on paths only rule. Spent a lot of time walking from cart to ball. Greens had lots of old ball marks. Clubhouse upgrades were being done so only available food was at pro-shop area and not set up at all well for after nine orders. Need some ready made snacks and sandwiches to keep things moving.

Driving range is not great. Of course amenities are virtually non existent. Course layout is good though. Too many yahoos on the course made the pace slow.

...I hate cart-path only and today that was required...brutal in the heat.

Parking was difficult in temporary dirt lot with bag drop on the street next to 9th green. Everything else was nearly perfect, got off early, friendly staff, nice carts, good food service and course was in great condition.

Checking in at the temporary “sandwich hut” was a disaster. Over 40 minutes in line in the direct sunlight with no shade available. Two single restrooms is far from sufficient enough for the amount of traffic. We missed any chance of warming up due to the unsatisfactory wait times. The course itself is in stellar shape but I simply cannot recommend the course to anyone until construction is complete.

If you play during overseed, carry or rent a trolley. We had a cart and walked farther than our partners who used trolleys.

I would not waste your money on this course. It is a resort type of course wide fairway and no personality. Also, there was no notice that they had the driving range and putting green closed. For the money I paid everything should have been top notch.

Played for $72 including unlimited range balls.Course immaculate and very playable. Service outstanding. Only negative was super slow bermuda greens. Had 84 with 4 three putts that didnt even reach the hole. Played in 3 hours as a twosome and didnt see another person playing all day.

Good golf day today despite the rude and unfriendly Starter! Not sure why, but NOT one of the staff including cart and range as well as the proshop staff were smiling or friendly. Clubhouse and all areas of parking are under contstruction and the only facility up and running was the snack shack which is where the makeshift proshop is set up. Course was still, however in great condition, greens and fairways were the best part. Bunkers need some more sand but overall were in average and playable condition. I would advise the Head Pro and owners to re-evaluate all staff positions and/or make them go through training to become more attentive and professional to the golf patrons who are paying a lot of money to golf at their golf course. With all of the choices for golf competing with this golf course I would say on the whole the course and staff combined get 2.5 stars :(

Greens recently cored. Should have been discounted price or atleast mentioned when booking.

The course was fast and pretty forgiving. I would definitely play again.
