Coyote Lakes Golf Club
About
Located in the west valley, the golf course at Coyote Lakes Golf Club combines a desert landscape and traditional design with scenic views of the White Tank and Bradshaw Mountains. Although it is modest in length and suitable for all players, the course is still an enjoyable challenge for even advanced golfers. The front nine is more difficult than the back nine with large greens and several contours. The back nine is also challenging though with several notable holes. The fairways are undulating on both and water hazards come into play on several holes. Coyote Lakes Golf Club's signature hole is the 14th, a par-3 hole that requires a shot from an elevated tee to a green that is well protected by two sand bunkers and a lake to the left.

Awesome
Every time I play this course I enjoy it the staff is amazing food is good to drink cart girl always seems to find me couldn’t ask for anything more
Outstanding round in nice conditions. greens are rolling as where as anywhere in the Valley
Nice layout
We played at 10AM on a Tuesday and we played in 3.5 hours. The greens were in great shape if a bit on the slow side. Fairways were not in the best shape but very playable. Tee boxes were kind of long and had just been treated with organic top dressing. The rough was cut low and was pretty sparse-- not hard to play out of. The front nine was inandated with rabbits and ground squirrels-- kind of a small prairie dog. We saw a Coyote on the back nine. It could live high on the hog with all the rodent life. We had a very pleasant experience and will be back soon!
Great Fun course
Pretty course and offers a really good challenge for planning your shots to avoid trouble on the course.
A Gem
Very good layout that challenges all levels of golfer. Conditioning overall was good except for the fairways. The length and the condition of the fairway grass could have been better.
The friendliness of the staff was the best in the valley. Very good. I will recommend and I will be back.
Too Busy
Overall, this is a really cool golf course, however, they stack the tee times way too tight. We waited every hole all day. The groups behind us were frustrated and constantly playing into us, even though we had nowhere to go. I understand getting more tee times in means more revenue, but not if people decide not to come back because of it. I may try again on a weekday, but won’t be back for a weekend round.
Love this course!
Wonderful course and great staff. You can’t go wrong.
Pace of Play Puts Damper on Day
What started out as a fine welcome to our first experience at Coyote Lakes GC turned into one of the worst days of golf in my experience. The good, the bad, and the ugly was how the day unfolded. The good: nice looking facility; friendly pro shop fellow and attendant at-the-ready to assist with bags/carts; challenging course in great condition. The bad: pace of play was the absolute worst. Mid-afternoon tee time placed us behind several groups playing a skins game. Course got so backed up that at one point I counted eighteen people on one hole with folks on the green, in the fairway, at the tee box, and then several groups in the queue waiting to tee off. Miserable. It was almost a twenty-minute wait for us at that tee box. At the turn, after 2.5 hours of torture, my plan was to ask for a raincheck at pro shop, and give it a go another day, but alas, pro shop was closed. The ugly: the group we were behind, albeit nice enough, were in their groove with music blaring from one of their carts, beer freely flowing fueling profanities as most of them repeatedly hit several balls off of each tee box. The upshot: I enjoy a lovely round of golf with a nice pace of play where I am in my own element, one with the course and my game. I certainly didn't get what I paid for and expected at Coyote Lakes GC.
No marshall and impatient golfers makes it a dangerous adventure
We were bombarded by the foursome behind us. The pace of play was 4.5hrs. We waited on every tee. What was supposed to happen did on the 18th hole. My wife was hit by a ball while we were just walking off the green. It hurt her a lot and still does. I believe I will have to take her to see a doctor
Interesting
the course is not long, but certainly long enough from the green tees. the par 3's on the front nine average 185+ . the course is well maintained and has lots of undulations which is different.
Wind and rain late made it a tough day.
Great Value
Very reasonable for a beautiful course. I was very satisfied with every aspect of it. It was well kept, challenging but still forgiving. I can't wait to return!
