El Conquistador Golf & Tennis - Canada Course

The course is in great shape. The maintenance crew has done a super job! The staff is friendly. Some of the fairways are pretty tight. The greens are rolling beautifully...It is challenging to get an early tee time when the snowbirds are in town......

Love the course. Hate the lack of water & drink cart. One drink chart for 36 holes. Saw the cart on #12 & no water on the course. Don't use the 'COVID' excuse anymore. Put out some water jugs or get another drink cart. It is 90 degrees and no water.

The course marshall is not doing the job. We waited on every hole until #12 when he came by. He approached the slow players and they let us through although they had multiple times to let us through. We could have completed the round in 3:45 except for slow players. It don't mind people who hack, just recognize you are holding up people behind you.

I didn’t play.

I try to contact Golfnow this morning by chats to reschedule Tee time for tomorrow and they didn’t give me an answer/support. So I called golf course and rescheduled it. Now I’m not sure if I going to be charged twice.

I’m so disappointed with Golfnow respond.

Very bad experience on my second booking by Golfnow.

I stopped using Golfnow few years ago for the same reason..and now find out that service is the same BS. Please call me and I would like to cancel golf pass and don’t want to work with you anymore.

Played with my brother and another golfer, Tom from New York. The Canada Course is fun and is in very nice shape.

Awesome place and one of my favorites in town. If I could suggest anything is to improve the green on hole 2 of the conquistador course.

Course is in great shape, staff is very friendly and helpful, will be back to play again.

Unfortunately we were going to be a few minutes late for our scheduled tee time due to life happening and slow traffic (which I hate because we try to be 30 min early for warmup) - any way, we called ahead to the pro shop, explained we were going to be late and they were very understanding. They said not to rush as they would let a couple groups out early to accommodate our situation. We arrived and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful to get us on the first tee asap. The course was in fabulous condition from tees, fairways, rough, and greens. Bunkers are firm, but this is desert golf. Only marked pace of play down a bit because threesome of ladies behind us were on our tails the whole round. We were not slow as we kept group in front of us insight at all times, the gals were just on us all the time...so much it made me conscious of them every hole....

I will be back for sure!!!

We have played El Conquistador weekly for a month & love the facility. Course in great shape, nice pace, practice balls available and good food inside today now that we are vaccinated!

This place is great. All the people there are nice. Two full excellent courses to choose from. Conditions and price are unbeatable. Maybe they will open up pusch ridge again.

We teed off about 2pm and finished in 4 hours. Good pace and great conditions. Fairways are in excellent condition and bunkers are full of sand. Greens are in good condition, just a bit slow. Balance layout... some are challenging than others. Overall, we are very happy with the conditions (tees to greens).

This side is in much better shape than the Conquistador side. Greens are puttable. fairways in good shape
