El Conquistador Golf & Tennis - Canada Course

Our round started out well enough. It’s a beautiful place to golf and a well kept course. However, as soon as we encountered a simple problem that’s when our experience when down the drain. We were on the 15th hole of the Canada course and both of our carts batter ties died within 5 minutes of each other. We were running out of daylight so I called the pro shop and the guy seemed bothered that I asked them to have someone come rescue us. No one ever showed up and our group had to walk all the way back to the clubhouse without finishing our round. The next day Mark called and was ambivalent and made some lame excuse and didn’t even apologize.

We played the course on the first day of winter. The weather was great and the course was in good shape with the exception of the bunkers, which in these times we are in that was fine. Lots of interesting holes.

My first time playing Canada. Couldn't have been nicer. A fun 18 with beautiful views. Course condition was outstanding. I was glad, however, that I played with a twosome who had played it before otherwise I'm afraid I would have gotten lost between some holes. Better signage would help. Please paint the speed bumps - I almost went airborne when I didn't notice them.

Course was in great condition. the driving range could really use some improvement. It can only accommodate 10 or so and you're hitting off of very old mats instead of grass. The range balls seem pretty old as well.
