Awsome Golf Course
Fantastic GC with Awesome people in the pro shop!
We played in a foursome and everyone had a great time.
Tough Greens
First time at this course. Found the grass on the fairways rather long. Couldn't get much roll. Greens were very tough. Chipping anywhere above the hole was hopeless
For 9 holes, very challenging.
Challenging with length and undulation.
Great views both of the course and surrounding area.
Really enjoyed the experience
Leave the driver in the bag and savor the challenges.
Narrow fairways but pleasantly so. The terrain changes, contours, vistas and variety of challenges had my wife and me smiling an laughing. The staff was delightful. We will be back again and again.
Tricky nine holes
This course is fairly challenging. Mostly because you need a range finder in order to know how far the pin is from your ball. Greens are very sloped so expect three putts. The course is a little gem that is great to fit nine holes in just under two hours if you don't have nobody in front.
Awesome
This is a great course that tests all your skills and they better be many if you want to shoot a good round!!
My new favorite 9 hole course.
We had a great experience and loved the golf course. There are a few instances where the houses feel really close to the fairways on the longer shots, but other than that I would recommend giving this course a try when you only have a couple of hours.
Be warned, they are sticklers about country club attire only...no black denim! I had to change into my wind pants before being allowed to play...but they were cool about it.
Pusch Ridge
Tough 9 hole course. Course in great shape. Greens are very challenging.
great value
Great bang for your buck. Elevated greens are a challenge but course was in good shape. Only complaint is that greens were really fast. I felt like I was putting on tile. Other than than that course was great value. Would recommended this course.
A challenging course with great views.
Pusch Ridge is my home course. It is a somewhat tough course with great senic views. The staff is great!
Nice Course
This course is very nice and well maintained. Some of the course was reclaimed from an unused quarry. There are some holes where accuracy is essential, or no one will ever see your ball again! There are some narrow fairways, elevated tee boxes and short par 3's. Most holes are pretty straight, but there are plenty of challenges ahead of you making accurate shots very important. There is quarries, thick desert landscape, houses, and sand traps abound making it challenging for a beginner.
Beautiful 9 hole course much harder than it's rated
It's hard to match the views from every hole of this 9 hole gem. The course has a ridiculously low rating (67.3 W) and slope (106) because it is much more challenging than that! The rough is thick, greens are well protected and the average golfer with the occasional shank in his golf bag better bring a sleeve or two for reserve. The later rising sun over Pusch Ridge is breathtaking if you get out early, and dries off the course in a hurry. Greens were surprisingly more challenging than expected. A weekend/once a month golfer could find their handicap is much higher at a desert course like this.
We play this 9 hole course for practice, but it is a hard course.
This course is close by and easy to get to. You can get on quickly and play 9 holes of golf with fantastic views of the mountains, narrow fairways and greens that are both small and very fast. You have to place your ball in the right line to the green, then hit a pitch that will hold. Having played this course hundreds of time, it is one of the most challenging courses you would want before playing the big boys.
nice, scenic, love the elevation changes, greens r a bit slow
Nice scenic course, although I prefer longer par 4's and par 5's. The elevation changes are also neat. I thought the greens were a bit slow but the price was right and would refer to a friend or play again myself
Good practice course to start a vacation
Good value for the money. The greens were very slow.Once in Tucson, might as well play a better course.Feels more like an executive course.Still we had a good time.
Great looking course. Challenging greens
One of the best views you'll find in Tucson. The course is always in good shape and you have a couple of fun par-3s. The greens have lots of slope and some of them have hazards in front of them, so it makes for a challenging round.
Great features
Beautiful views, good challenge, nice people, relaxed atmosphere
Nce scenery surrounding the golf course
The rough and fairways were green, but the length was a little long for novice golfers. Ball got stuck numerous times in the
layer of green.
9 holes only
A very short 9 hole course, I only used a driver twice. However, it is well maintained, a very friendly staff, and a quick play with nice views.
