The wait time on the tea boxes of this course was terrible on the play there again
Better Tee Boxes makes this. 5 star
Nice course, should allow carts in Parking lot, instead of carry bags from parking lot. Tee boxes need to be leveled.
Beautiful
The weather was fantasic, snow on the mountains, could of had a beverage cart, but other than that the course was in awesome shape.
Could use TLC
Greens very good shape and will test your putting skills. Fairways were in good shape but uneven, full of bumps making driving the golf cart an off road adventure. Surrounding terrain is worse than the fairways. Sand traps are full of pebbles and small rocks. Course layout and staff friendliness is very good. Very nice practice area. Average value for the round.
Good course
Not a difficult course but there are some obstacles that add a bit of challenge. Course was in good shape with the exception of one forward tee box (loads of sand). Beverage cart employee was very friendly and available. I always enjoy playing this course.
So So
Course conditions overall good (fairways and greens). Sandtraps hard like rock. Layout just OK. Would not pay regular price. Wait for hot deals, if you really want to play.
Needs upkeep
The course is always busy so not sure they don't spend some time repairing the cart paths. The bunkers are terrible, they are gravel not sand.
Their tee boxes need to be leveled out.
A little maintenance wouldn't hurt.
The fairways and greens are pretty good.
Pleasant Experience
I would return to Crooked Tree anytime. The fairways, the tee boxes, and the greens were in wonderful condition. The views are beautiful. I didn't care for driving on dirt paths that are muddy &/or dusty. Not being able to drive the cart to my car was also disappointing.
Run Of The Mill Municipal Course
We showed 45 minutes before our tee time. The Pro Shop Cashier checked us in and assigned a cart never telling us start times were delayed for a two hour frost delay. I am guessing the Pro Shop staff really can’t be too friendly because it appears they are under staffed. Some of the fairways are very narrow. The bunkers are like hitting out off of hard pan with large rocks and gravel. Nothing a person would think of as sand. Tee, and greens in good shape. No course marshal.
Nice desert course
Great day in Tucson. Course was in good shape and I enjoyed the round playing with three gentlemen from the cold country of Duluth. Played the round in 3 1/2 hours, a record for me in Tucson.
Great day with my son
The course is in wonderful shape. Weather was in the 70’s and my son was home from overseas couldn’t ask for a better day! Thanks to your groundskeeper, keep up the good work!
tree perfect
interesting layoutjust get ball in fairways and hit greens like we already knew this aspect of scoring. . bunker could use some care alittle crusty.
So-So Course
Meh! Tees, fairways and greens in good condition. Not a particularly interesting layout. Many much nicer courses around Tucson.
Great Proshop Staff, Course in GREAT shape!
One of the best public golf courses in all of Tucson. Well maintained, nice greens, and Brian in the pro shop is a gem! Very good customer service! Great value. I play here twice per month.
