Legacy Golf Club

Bunkers and waste areas all around this very challenging course.
We played in the afternoon with an elderly couple, but managed to play the first nine in less than two hours.
The first four holes are really mean and difficult, too much water!
Therapieresistent the course beramen a little more friendly.
We had a very Nice round and lovend all The Challenger after hole four.
The only disappointment was that when we arrived at the nineteenth before Six O clock everything including the restrooms were already closed.

Greens slow and bumpy. Fairways decent. Rough burned out.

Pace of play atrocious.

We were greeted by a very friendly a bag drop Man .
The Pro Shop Staff were unwelcoming, too busy talking to serve us.
We had paid extra to Tee Off before 2pm, but due to a backlog we Teed Off at 2.10pm.
Consequently we struggled to fit in 18 Holes.
Course not in great condition, Greens very Patchy.
Further dissapointment on completion of the game, the Clubhouse was completely Closed with No Facilities , and we were unable to change to go out to Dinner.
We expected better from what is billed as a prestigious and expensive Golf Course.

Pour le prix c'est beaucoup trop demandé. Certains trous nous ne savons pas où s'élancer pour bien le gérer. On ne peut visualiser où sont les pièges. Un terrain cowboy comme on dit chez-nous. À éviter.

Enjoyed playing the Legacy last week. Wide fairways on most holes. Need to be hitting them straight.

Course was once probably good but now very tired-almost unplayable due to hardness.

This is a great course. All the holes are memorable and different some forced carrys but really fun to play

Sand everywhere... Terrible green positioning... Grass was dry. The course looks nothing like the pictures on the website.. Pace of play was terrible. Dont waste your time...

after reading reviews, it seems they had some past problems, but we found the course in very good condition. good fairways, greens, and a great layout!

great course to play. You need to be in good position off the tee or it forces you to lay up on your second shot. Pace was a little slow on this day.

Found a $48. afternoon rate on golf now and I must say this course condition is MUCH better than when I last played past summer. Course is longish but fairly open and played under 4 hours.

Course design is challenging. Greens and landing areas are placed close to hazards. First 5 and every other hole after are a joy to play. Overall the course conditioning has seen better days. Putting on the greens was like Velcro. So slow. Would recommend to play it once if you can find a deal.

First time playing here, course was very challenging and great shape. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.

I am an average golfer and enjoy the game and time spent with friends playing. This course is the most challenging course I have ever played. That said, I enjoyed myself and was very pleased with the condition of this course. Fairways and greens couldn't be much better. I can see why the green fees are what they are. I look forward to playing again at Legacy at Lakewood Ranch.

Generous fairways (good for long hitters), challenging approach shots. Greens and fairways in good condition.

Fairways and bunkers were in great shape. Greens were a tad slower then previous times. Staff very welcoming.

I like the course. Alittle ovepriced but worth it on occasion
