Opened in 1990, this area favorite is a championship layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton around century-old oak trees, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife. This lakeside gem borders East Lake Toho and features water on 16 holes, undulating fairways, and quick, true greens (tiftdwarf grass).

Beautiful
Overall this course was in pretty good shape. Some of the greens may have had some dead spots but it was nothing that would have taken away from my review. Definitely would recommend and I will be back.
Great course
There was nobody behind us or in front of us the entire time which made my wife and my son who are beginner golfers feel very comfortable because they weren't being rushed. The course conditions in my opinion were not bad at all there may have been a few greens that had some dry grass patches but nothing that would have impacted my review.
Course a solid 3.5
Fairways and tees good. Couldn't tell about greens, as they were heavily top dressed. Upsetting, since I called before playing. They told me greens had healed, but neglected to mention top dressing. Difficult to read and putt. However, they were good when I played last month. Holes were ragged and needed changed. Overall it was a fun round. Played in 3 hours.
A little disappointing
The course is still muddy in places. The general appearance of tees, bunkers and fairways was scruffy. Greens had signs of recent maintenance, so didn’t roll great, but every club has to go through that. The layout is enjoyable with a good mix of holes. Some trees or water make you think on most shots. Pace of play was slow with a few foursomes ahead playing off tees too hard for them. The golf carts seem new, and there were ball washers and towels at the tees. A rare occurrence on many courses round here. Probably worth a second chance in a few weeks to see what improvements they have made.
KBCC
Kissimmee Bay is a decent course. Yesterday, the greens were punched, a couple of the holes should have been cart path only and the weather was not the greatest. So the course played more difficult than usual.
dissapointing time
We have been here many times in the past and love the layout and opportunity to see so much nature esp on the back 9. However the condition of the greens and bunkers and t boxes was beyond poor. Many places have no grass at all and so one must move the ball.Greens on 1, 2 and 3 were not even playable yesterday. It is a shame because this used to be a real gem of a course. It needs a lot of work to bring it back. so sad.
Almost recovered from the hurricane
Course continues to get better as the season progresses. Great value!

Course is in decent shape, staff is very attentive and accomodating.
