Always wet!
I like the lay out of the course and it’s cheap to play but it hasn’t rained in a week and this course is still soggy with puddles in the bunkers. It has been this way almost every time I’ve played here.
Nice course, greens are great, fairways soft and bunkers poor
Overall good course. The greens are true, some have recently been sanded but delighted with them. It's a bit soft out there due probably to recent rain. The only negative is the bunkers. Hardly any sand and some are almost mud. Plenty to water to stay put of. Thoroughly enjoyed and great value for money. Staff were friendly.
Kiss Bay
The course is in decent shape considering the storm a couple of weeks ago. Some parts pretty soggy, but you can see they are working hard to clear down branches and debris. The greens were really quick.
Good value but still not great condition
Have been playing this course several times a year for the past 20yrs and love the layout.
The overall condition is not great, bunkers are virtually unplayable with no sand, tees are bumpy with no sand and some of the greens need attention.
Nice new carts
It’s worth the $25 and will play again
Good Value
Our courses in The Villages are closed due to water mitigation. I found this course on GolfNow decided to give it a try. The greens very fast a few rough patches bit still good. Traps need some attention as some weedy but playable. Over all for a Weekend tee time on short notice a very good value. Wish it was closer hr ten a bit far but was really wanting to play. Probably would not play again due to the driving distance to course from my location. Certainly worth a try.
Enjoyable course
Some hurricane damage but greens very good. Enjoyed the course and the friendliness of the staff.
Good pace of play
Loved seeing all the different birds on the course too.
Good Course
I would recommend this course, well worth the money
Green sorinding areas
Needs more care from the pro shop...too wet and golfer drove the golf cart and make a lot of hole on the wer ground. They should protect those areas by stack some rope or line.
Course is in pretty good shape post hurricane
I enjoyed my round. Course was in pretty good shape. There were some wet spots and some debris that were in the process of being cleaned up. The course is very playable. I’ve played there many times.
Great greens.
Course is in remarkable shape considering the hurricane last week. Fairways soft, so not much roll but they are not wet. Greens fast and true. Several aprons and low areas were really wet. Only down side were the bunkers. They were unplayable. Hard packed sand or mud. Overall a good course. Will definitely play again.
course marshal required
Firstly I would like to say thank you for your hospitality. really friendly staff in pro shop and starter and greenstaff who had worked hard to get the course open after the hurricane. the course was in decent condition despite the recent weather and a nice 90 minute front 9 for a 2 ball but then we caught up with a 5 ball playing a 2 vs 3 scramble who had no intention of letting anyone through. really soured the experience. A course marshall would hve solved teh situation for us and the 4 or 5 groups who ended the round stacked behind us. Shame as the course itself and staff were super nice
Course continues to improve
I have been able to play this course about once a week. Each time it continues to improve. The greens are in pretty good shape and are rolling well. Great value for the money.
Another enjoyable experience
The pace of play was great. The course continues to improve, although there were a few wet spots that did not detract from overall play. Great value for the money and I will certainly be playing this course again.
