About
Opened in 1990, this area favorite is a championship layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton around century-old oak trees, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife. This lakeside gem borders East Lake Toho and features water on 16 holes, undulating fairways, and quick, true greens (tiftdwarf grass).

Value for money can be a couple of rough patchers worth a knock
Members ride in single carts
Everything was good. Biggest complaint was that the starter was trying to rush us on hole #1 and all the way through. We finished the front 9 in 1:45 min which is fast. We had 4 guys in two carts. The issue is that the starter can’t figure out that when you have a foursome behind you all in their own cart (1 person per cart) it speeds up play. We took gimmies and didn’t re hit and shot in the low 80’s so we were great at our pace. But you can’t be on someone when everyone gets their own cart. I was told that members got in their contract they get one per cart and I’ve never seen that anywhere. Terrible idea and members should not complain when there is a 4 some ahead playing fast but in two carts. I would fix this. Overall good place and other than started everyone was awesome. Even some of the employees mentioned to us that riding in one cart per person was wrong. But they could not fix it.
Sad course
We had hoped for more of a challenging, well kept course but were disappointed. Best way to describe it is 'sad'. Seems it was likely nice years ago but alas its best days are far gone.
Needs A Little TLC
My friend and I played here for the first time. We played two other courses before this one. We enjoyed the round, as it had a great pace of play and a fun layout. Our rental clubs were OK but we never heard of the brand. The course was pretty wet in places, so we had to drop out of those. We stopped playing out of the sand hazards as they were inconsistent and some didn’t have rakes. As we rented clubs, we didn’t think to bring towels and none were provided. That made it hard to clean our clubs. With a little TLC this would be a great course and I hope ownership brings it up to the level it could be.
Poor front nine
The two nines where totally different the front was in poor shape the back was in good shape therefore would not recommend
This course was a below expectation
What a surprise. I guess when you compare their green fees with the surrounding area you get what you pay for. Fairways were good, the greens were marred with a fungus, the bunkers had literally almost no sand. Clearly a course that was once a real country club, but has been in decline for some time. The staff was very good.
Kissimmee Bay
KBCC is a very nice course. Nice layout. In good shape. You can usually get a tee time and their rates are competitive.
Sweet Little Course
This course took me back in time. Built in 1990 but put me in the mind of one built in the 50’s. Super interesting layout (although two “Horseshoe” dogleg left par 5’s was a little much). I liked it so much I played 36 holes that day. 2nd 18 only $25. Also had a nice French dip sandwich with homemade chips. Very tasty! Super cool memorabilia in the restaurant. Very friendly and non-snobbish atmosphere. Highly recommend!
KBAY
I’ve played here many times and enjoy the layout, and surrounding environment. Overall the course conditions; fairways, greens and tee boxes are good. However, during rainy periods the course can be soggy in some areas.
The staff is always professional, polite and friendly.
