Disney's Palm Golf Course

The Palm course has a great layout and is a fun resort course to play. The conditions were ideal and pace of play was just under 4.5 hrs. Fairways and greens are in great shape. The bunkers have real sand in them, which is most welcomed. Staff was friendly and the beverage cart was seen multiple times on both the front and back nine. With rates for all courses at the high end, I was able to secure a tee time for under $75 ($40 off the standard). Whether you are visiting the Orlando area or are a local resident, the Palm course should be a must play.

Where to start… Disney and or GolfNow need to make sure when they release tee times for a specific course they don’t have a tournament going on… Ended up getting pushed to the Magnolia as a threesome after being told I’d be able to play Palm and that I absolutely could not add a second person to my round… poor management and poor communication with staff and GolfNow. Overall the staff was very friendly and the amenities are very nice. The magnolia course on the other hand was in mediocre shape with some wet areas, cart path only, few burnt greens, fairways were nice and fluffy, traps were hit or miss. Unfortunately the poor management just left a bitter taste in my mouth for Disneys courses.

Course was in great shape, from tee to greens.

The weather was absolutely perfect and course was dry.

Would recommend and come back to play again.

I enjoy playing both the Palm and Magnolia courses. Palm is a shade easier, but still a lot of fun. My main complaint is that Disney doesn't seem to care about golfers who are not staying at the Resort. The main roads into Disney World do not have signs indicating helping to locate the courses. Unless you have a GPS in your car, it can be a challenge. Another small complaint was that I ordered a hot dog from the beverage cart and it was truly disappointing. Small things can add or detract from an otherwise great day.

I truly enjoy playing the Disney Palm course. Despite torrential rains the previous day, only the range was closed. The course was very playable but without roll out. The winds were gusting as well and this added to the challenge.

We will definitely be back for another round.

We had a mid afternoon t time …staff was very friendly and the course was setup fairly …greens were just right …the cart girl was seen every 4-5 holes and the pace of play was perfect on this busy day

Got to course it was cart path only they charge full price which is not right. Pace of play was slow because of cart path only and we were a 2sum with a 4 sum in front of us then a 5 sum in front of them. Starter told me alot of people cancelled because of rain night before. Sand bunkers were flooded greens had cosmetic problems and disease. Wildlife on course is nice to see. Design is nothing special. I shot a 79 and I took some pictures of the problems. Happyest place on earth???

Round was CPO. The 2 of us got paired with a pair of great much younger great guys and the round was great fun

Very challenging course with a lot of water and very fast greens. Really enjoyed my round !

We had an excellent experience at Disney’s Palm Golf Course. Staff was friendly and even replaced our cart when the battery was running low. We finished four minutes behind pace, which was acceptable since the group in from of us had kids playing.
