Great layout and good condition for January. Fun staff.

It’s worth more playing the course than what u pay for playing the course

I'm very conscious of pace of play and do like to be held up nor do I like holding people up. There was nobody in front of us all day (probably because they are charging over double what they should be) and a decent amount of groups behind. The group directly behind had to wait maybe 1 minute on two separate holes. 6th hole rolls around and we are walking up to the green. Group behind us is on the tee box. A ranger comes and tell us we need to pick up the pace and that the group in front of us is now two holes ahead of us. Good for them. Your screen says we are right on pace and the group behind is not waiting on us.

14th comes and another ranger comes and pretty aggressively says "we have people behind you who are wanting to finish before sunset. You need to pick up your balls and move on. The group ahead is on 17 now". Again, group behind us was not waiting on us. Its no concern of mine how fast or good the group in front of me is. We were not playing slow and not holding anyone up. Poor customer service and the guy seemed clueless. Probably just saw the cart locations on his screen and assumed we were the issue. I assume some people complained a few groups behind and they assumed we were the ones holding everything up when in reality we were right on pace they just want to push people through.

We get back to the clubhouse and they have a pretty rough looking group of construction workers smoking cigarettes, driving heavy machinery around the guests and yelling at one another. No fences, caution tape, anything. I understand construction needs to be done, but this was not a good luck for Disney at all. Arnie and Walt would be rolling in their graves.

Been coming for over a decade and I have no plans to return. Poor management. Swampy conditions (hasn't rained in weeks). Unpleasant rangers. Not even close to the happiest place on turf. Shame.

This was my last round of 9 games and thought we save disney for last. Staff was very friendly but maybe too friendly. We had a very slow foursome in front of us. At many holes they were all taking 2 shots off the tee or their 2nd was 50 ft in front the tee. Told the Marshall and nothing was done. Our round took slightly over 5 hours.

This was the priciest round and I find it not worth the money.

Landscape is nicer in the back nine. Fairways good condition..greens were spongey.

I tried to play here on 9/9, checked in with my Group Golfer voucher then went out to the putting green to get ready for my round. After about 20 minutes a large thunderstorm hit, I wasn’t able to get on the golf course at all! I waited for about 30 minutes and it didn’t look like it was going to lighten up anytime soon, so I went in to the pro shop to get a rain check where I was informed that they don’t give rain checks for group golfers, but the person in the pro shop handed me a business card and told me if I emailed Mr. Jason DeWildt he could give me a credit or something. Later that day I sent Mr DeWildt an email. I received no reply. On 9/30 I played at the Magnolia course with a bounce back coupon I received with the voucher. When checking in I expressed my disappointment at not receiving a reply to my email. The person in the pro shop took my name and phone number and assured me she would give the message to Mr. DeWildt. It is 10/10 and as of yet haven’t heard from Mr. DeWildt. The Disney courses are managed by Arnold Palmer Golf. From what I have heard and read about Mr. Palmer, if he were alive he would be very disappointed at the way his staff handles customer relations. The golf courses and the on course staff are excellent, but the management is why I have given only one star. When not hearing from Mr. DeWildt I emailed Group Golfer, by the end of the day I received a $39 credit on my Group Golfer account.

It was the first time playing this course. Nice layout. Was only able to do 9 holes, there was a huge back up. The double ahead of me quit on the 7th. The couple 2 groups ahead quit on the 8th. The single behind me quit on the 9th. I had to quit on the 9th. I went to office and LUIS and WILL office staff are completely useless . Worst customer service ever. They lied to justify the course back-up, The ranger approached and told me about the back up and told me he told Luis and Will, but will and Luis lied about it. They were more concerned of me listening to their lies and excuses than trying to listen to a customer and understand and have some sympathy on the issue. Luis told me he and will had been assistant manager for 15 yrs and they are never wrong. They even called security on me. Security never said anything to me, but when I am having a conversation with these 2 useless people, and all of the sudden security is next to me. Hard to pick which Disney course is the best. In general always such a great time from when I arrive. Everyone me is super friendly from the officers at the gate to the bag drop staff to the pro shop

, and starter.

Course always in great condition, heavy rains the night before so few drenched areas. Greens were green, t boxes are a bit worn out after all of America picked up golf seems like it because of COVID.
