The 18-hole Palm Course at Walt Disney World Golf Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL is a resort golf course that opened in 1971. Designed by Joe Lee and Rocky Roquemore, Palm Course at Walt Disney World Golf Resort measures 6870 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 131 and a 73.7 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. Greens and fairways are bermuda grass.
The natural Florida woodlands provide a stunning backdrop to one of America's premier resort courses. Architect, Joe Lee, designed the 6,870-yard Palm with elevated tees and greens. The key ingredient, of course, was the Florida palm and he made good use of nearly every variety for aesthetic and strategic purposes. Its fairways are crafted through a pine forest of mature, natural woodlands that includes moss-dappled oak, maple and cypress trees. Palmetto scrub fills the forest floor. It boasts of more than its share of water and sand with nine water holes and 94 bunkers.
This is a perfect choice for everything from a casual round to a large group outing.

Disney Palms
The course was in great condition and pace of play was good.
The Best Disney course - Palm
Course conditions were outstanding - everything was perfect. Been visiting Orlando for 15 yrs + and this is the best of the Disney courses. However the Club house is dated and over crowded, no proper restaurant, no wifi - for the money Disney charges - its time to update the club house.

Greens were sanded
For Thor price, at least you should tell the Golfer that the Green-Condition are not ok. I was very upset.
I have found that all the Disney courses provide a very predictable experience and this was no exception.
Overall the course was in very good condition and the greens ran very true.
Also drinks from the cart were not overly expensive and the cart came around frequently
Palms Golf course at Disney
So we played on April 7th, 2025. The staff in the Pro shop and on the course we're all very friendly and informative. The golf course was in pristine condition. It has a lot of water, so bring extra balls If you're not hitting it straight. The greens were immaculate and undulating. Watch out on the 18th tee box. If you leave food in your golf cart, this little guy will take it away, lol. According to staff, he's well known at this same spot.
Palms course at Disney
Golf course was in absolute pristine condition when we played April 7th, 2025. Most of the greens are very undulating so you're putting game has to be spot on. There is a lot of water but I only lost two balls because of miss hits. Watch out for the little raccoon 🦝 thief on the 18th tee box. Any food in your golf cart will disappear. According to the staff and some other players this little guy is well known

Beautiful as always
Tynel says it all. Course was beautiful as always! Play and friendliness you get what you pay for here.
The Disney courses are always in good condition. This one was no exception. Of course the staff is friendly and the pace of play was good. I would happily play there again and it was better than many other courses I’ve played in the area.
Never tired of Disney courses!
Palm in good condition and challenging for fairly good golfers. Everything about the place gives a good experience overall. Probably a little overpriced if you pay full whack but excellent value at $84.
Happiest Place on Turf
Definitely the happiest place on turf. This was my first time playing a Disney resort course and it was fantastic. I played decent and the course was challenging but can be enjoyed by all skill levels. Scenery was beautiful and layout was very cool. I especially liked the back nine holes 11-18. Tucked away and really cool layout. Course was in great shape and while I am not used to paying over $100 for a round of golf, I felt like the rate was good for the conditions and service I received. Would recommend playing and look forward to playing other courses, including the Palm, again next year.
