Disney's Palm Golf Course

First time playing a Disney Palm Course course.. Upon arrival staff were fantastic. The putting green and driving range were excellent.. I arrived on the tee to be told a lot of the holes were caught path only which was fine but I didn’t realise how wet the golf course actually was. It was absolutely soaked! I know Florida gets a lot of rain in the summer, but there was puddles all over the fairways. The course itself is a very good test with lots of water as you expect, but they do need some irrigation system in place as it was way too wet for end of July. My shoes were covered in mud by the end of the round. If the course was dry, I would recommend it highly.

The only thing that made the experience slightly disappointing was that there has been monsoon like conditions which is usual at this time of year and there were several waterlogged fairways.

I would definitely like to play this course again in better conditions.

We had a decent time at The Palm Golf Course and overall enjoyed our experience. The staff were exceptional—very attentive, friendly, and professional. The marshal stood out, offering helpful tips to improve our game and checking in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. Given the heat, their thoughtfulness in providing cold towels throughout our round was greatly appreciated.

The course itself was mostly in good shape, though a couple of greens were noticeably sandy, which affected the ball’s roll. There were also some flooded areas, likely due to heavy rain the night before, but these were minor drawbacks. Despite these issues, the layout and overall experience made for a great day on the course. We’d definitely return, thanks to the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere!

This course was crowded and the pace of play was slow. But the course is in nice shape, It has a great layout. We caught a hot deal on Golf Now so we got good value for the price. Will head back again.

First time playing a Disney Course . Even though it was cart path only ( which we understood due to the recent rains ) the fairway and greens were in very good condition. Kudos to the staff for a job well done . Looking forward to trying one of the other Disney courses real soon

Palms is an all-around excellent course that has just a few blips. The layout is strong and entertaining to play that I’d rate 4.5 stars if I could. Feel like it is a touch easier than Magnolia, which I haven’t played in a long while, many years before the recent remodel.

A touch pricey but worth the extra cost for Disney magic. Staff was super friendly except the starter who was kind of abrasive before we had even started our round! The group in front of us had all JUST hit. They weren’t even to their carts before he yelled at us about pace of play. I hate slow play, too, but that was ridiculous.

Tee boxes were excellent. Most fairways had great lies however a few had GUR patches, plus a few had barren and dead spots that need to be fixed. The rough was thick but was playable. Green complexes were very good after having been punched a few weeks ago. Some picturesque holes and fun par 3s. Hole 13 is a funky short par 4. Trees in the middle of the fairway. Finishing hole is a brute.

We got a twilight rate so that made it a much better value. You pay a bit extra for the Disney effect that I think it is worth it. Would be tough to pay the normal in-season rate, though. Clubhouse is nice but would be great to have a bigger full-service food operation.
