Fun and Fair
Disney LBV course definitely has a theme park feel as it winds through the resort complete with tourist boats passing by golfers at a couple of the tee boxes. The course was in good condition, a bit wet in spots, well designed and presents a fair challenge. Just managed to get 18 holes completed before dark so $US60 was a real bargain.
Terrible Greens
Spent $150 for 18 holes and was forced to play with 3 non-golfers who were terrible. Such a frustrating experience and only made worse by the terrible greens.
Tom's day at LBV
Course very wet with multiple areas of distressed turf and muddy lies from rains I was told occurred a week earlier. Greens satisfactory. Limited rollout on shots led to a much longer course. My playing partner indicated the course was in very good shape last summer and assured me today was not a fair test.
Not in great shape
From a Disney course for Disney money I expect way more. Greens were sanded but still rolled decent. Many fairways and around the greens were total mush. Had to drop and move several balls some of the areas were just unplayable. For $82 it was fine. Rack rate is have been disgusted.
Great course,
Unfortunately play was extremely slow because of 120 player tournament. We only finished nine holes and course offered rain check because of slow play.
The difference between this course and the present day Magnolia is night and day.. Disney does itself no favors in its presentation of Magnolia. I have played it many times over 40 or so years. It’s under construction.if I had my known this, I would have never bothered.. the Buena Vista course, which, years ago , was the employees course is now open to the rest of the world. What a pleasure!’ In my view it is one of Joe Lee’s better tracks. Thank you for the opportunity to see this other side!
Very, very wet
Great course but it was extremely wet and made it difficult to play. Will be back but only when it is not so wet.
A great place to play
We really enjoyed our round at DLB staff from the greeter to the cart girl were friendly and helpful when requested. Pace was a little slow but it wasn’t a problem for us we were enjoying the day and the Marshall was apologetic for how slow things were. Would definitely play here again

Always enjoy my time out here, staff is friendly, and accommodate all of your needs. Fairways were in good condition and greens rolled well for being wet. I’ll always recommend LBV

Nice cours at a fair price
The cours is beautiful, the fairways are in pretty good shape, the greens in very good condition. Easy from the forward tees, still fair from the back ones. I replayed the course the very next day
Super fun course.
Friendly staff, great conditions and finished round in under 4 hours. plus could walk over to Disney Springs after the round for lunch. Would totally recommend this course.
