The Heritage Harbor Golf Club measures nearly 7,000 yards from the back tees and is one of the more challenging public course layouts in the Tampa Bay area. Four sets of tees have been incorporated into the design, making the course fun for golfers of all skill levels. The swirling winds and strategically located bunkers will play havoc with the players of these finely manicured links. However, the large greens may provide some relief. The premium on the championship course has been placed mainly on the short game. Winding through natural areas and cypress heads, Heritage Harbor Golf Club offers many scenic, unobstructed views. Seven of the eighteen holes have no homesites adjacent to the fairways, offering great, uncluttered golf.

The course is very dry and brown. Some greens are ok but others have crab grass growing. Fairways are brown and hard. They need water. Will come back at the end of June after the afternoon storms come through.

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood setting

Course was a pleasure to play, the short drives between holes provided some additional natural scenery. Course was maintained well given the current dry conditions in Tampa. Each hole had its unique challenge, water or woods, with plenty of doglegs.

Heritage Harbor is always a fun course to play....only 5500 yds. from the white tee off area....with plenty of water hazards, mostly on the sides of the fairways....greens were in perfect condition and the fairways were nice and wide....still there are always a couple of holes that ruin a good round because of a stray shot.....pro shop personnel are always nice and accommodating....

Some TLC has been applied since last Fall. Greens not perfect but puttable and not full of bare spots, Fairways still need more water and grass but improved. The course is now playable, last time I played it...it was not.
