We've played this course multiple times a year in the past, but took a break for nearly a year based on our last experience. We were all looking forward to playing it again, but it didn't go very well. The greens were in good shape, tees were a bit rough, and the fairways were okay, some ro y gh, some good. A year ago the final par 5 on the front was cart path only on half of the fairway which was an inconvenience. Now the entire par 5 is cpo and they are not doing anything with it, no overseer, new sod, nothing to indicate it is being worked on, and the fairway is terrible. We had the 1st tee time and played 12 holes in just over 2 hours, on 13 we ran into several groups in front of us. I called the clubhouse and were told that they put an outing out that went from 18 all the way to 10. Nobody warned us, no mention on the website or on golf now, so they purposely scheduled morning tee times knowing they were all gonna get screwed with pace of play. The final 6 holes took 2 hours. Staff was unapologetic and it seemed like this was a common occurrence. I can't see us ever going back, which is a shame as we all enjoy the layout.

First few greens were as bad as I’ve seen but fortunately they got better. Course was overall in good shape and layout was nothing spectacular but fun to play.

Greens were slow and damaged, work being done on them was below average. Pace of play was very slow and there were no marshals out to keep pace of play going. Long waits on tee boxes.

I thought the course was in great shape. Greens were a little slow, the Pace of play was great. Staff was outstanding, very friendly, very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The weather getting better, the grass grew and the green were in better shape. The grass in the fairways needs to grow. Should be ok in 2 weeks.

Course not competitive with other local tracks, conditions not good. Worst was pace of play - 5 hrs, we waited at almost every hole because of a bunch of brahs that thought they were pros, taking way too long on greens, having to fist bump on every hole out. Where's the Marshall? Ain't one. We slipped by them at the turn and by 13 had caught up with another slow 4some. Viera East is a much better option.

Hadn't golfed for a couple of years, and I was glad to be back at my go-to course. I like the lhole layout, pricing and warmup facilities. They have new carts, with gps hole screens since I was last here. Course conditions were average.
