Tee boxes on front nine were being replaced and were under construction. Should have been warned and a deep discount in fees should’ve been given.
The greens were also spotty with weeds and had not been properly cut or rolled.
Largest crabgrass I’ve ever seen in fairways.

Nice Space Coast Challenge
Baytree is a solid place to play for those on the Space Coast. The layout is fun, with need to use all clubs in the bag. Many holes feature risk reward shots with H2O nearby. I especially liked a few holes with somewhat blind shots over water/wetlands to tight pins. The 18th hole is great, need to shape a drive and then have a short iron or wedge to semi island green. All in all fun fair course. Take a few extra balls.
No fireworks for me on the 4th
Course in nice condition. Pace of play was awesome for almost entire round. Staff were very friendly, cart girl cute and always available.
Heat was intense but expected. I got a very good price for my twosome on a holiday and will highly recommend the course to all.
Great course.
Wonderful course, challenging and very beautiful. Pace of play was terrible and the cart girl was seen once in 5 hours. Yes a five hour round. Rangers need to be around for weekend golfers that take 20 strokes to get to the green. Ridiculous
Good shape
Course was in really good shape. Greens were pretty fast and firm. Place of play was great. My only recommendation is bring water with you. There were no coolers until the back nine and it was warm, no ice.
Good course...needs a little help from Morher Nature
Great course. Challenging but not unforgiving. Considering the lack of rain, then course is in pretty good shape. Greens were excellent. Fairways were very nice and most tee boxes were good. A fee exceptions here and there but with no rain...I'd say we'll done.
Fun Course Great Staff
Course has great layout with plenty of doglegs and shots over water. Greens were in great shape and rolling consistent. Golf shop staff and starter first class.
Nice greens
The greens are in great shape which was a nice surprise since other courses in the area are not. The fairways were also in good shape. Only negative was the area around the greens were bare & will probably require sod to fix
