The person cutting the cup needs help. Every hole was badly damaged on one side. Something is happening when the cut the hole for the cup. The greens are too long. In great shape, but if you are putting into the grain it is like you have brakes on the ball. Very difficult to get the correct speed on your putts. Fairways are in great shape as well.

Fairways and tee boxes are shot. Most greens haven't recovered from a punch. Tons of weeds on the approach shots. Rude pro shop, Rude starter. No food at the restaurant. Make multiple groups jump in the same cart even if you didn't book together. Marshall did nothing to help pace of play. Beverage cart girl was nice but other than that for the money, this place is avoidable.

Golf Course was great, however the pro shop staff member was RUDE. We got the impression he did not appreciate Golf Now Customers. Oh well, we'll continue to use Golf Now.

Greetings were reasonably fast and true. Pace was great. Fairways were good. Bunkers were a little funky and thin but ok. Great staff!

Baytree came highly recommended but based on price and general course conditions it was a big disappointment. The staff, pro shop and greens are best I’ve seen this year. What I think needs work are steps to greens and tees (repair or add some), some cart path repair and the cups needed to be changed very badly. Course drains great.

The course was in great shape. The greens could be a little faster but they rolled true. Bunkers were fluffy. The driving range was partially closed and putting green was limited to two holes, but all in all a great day.

Great condition I think the greens were a little slow and cups needed to be moved. Looked like they had not been moved in days

I thought the course was in great shape, we enjoyed playing it. A previous reviewer was complaining about the cart path going through a sand trap. This is not a sandtrap, it is a waste area.

We hope to play this course again when in the area.

I had a 9:30 tee time today and the starter was completely out of his element. We began play around 10:05 and we finished after 3 pm.

I spoke to the ranger on the course about the group in front of us playing 3-4 balls each off the tee while we and the group behind us watched and waited every hole.

He told me that they were keeping up pace and after some back and forth I called him a jerk.

The group behind us were members and they said he was a jerk as well and always thinks he’s right.

Half of my group went in and complained at the turn and got a 9 hole rain check and a free drink. The group behind us quit after 14 because of the wait.

This course got my last dollar they will see from me. I live in Melbourne and play here often but never again.

I’ll take my money somewhere else.

With the more humid weather, the course begins to flourish once more. It's no longer a dry, rock hard track but a more lush tropical feel. More forgiving, more soft, more enjoyable.

The course is in great shape, greens have been aerated and putt true. I would have given 5 stars overall if they had drinking water on the course. Don't want to get dehydrated in Florida.

Second shot on 9 for women to hit over the brush is hard, needs to be cut down. A few bunkers were wet and packed down, the rest were fine. The 18 th green was a lot slower than all the rest resulting in extra putts, all the others were very nice. All in all nice course.
