Best the Greens Have Ever Been
I live in Bayteree and this is the best he greens have ever been. They roll smooth and are receptive to most shots. The rest of the course is in great shape.

Great conditions even in the heat of the summer. Gary Player risk and reward style course. Unless you’re playing from the way back black tees, keep your driver in the bag.

They are aerating back nine today so we only played the front 9 twice.

Baytree vacation golf
My daughter lives in Melbourne so we get to play down there a couple times a year. Course is narrow and CAN be tough I like that there are different holes and layouts , not a cookie cutter course. With all the rain down there, the course really drained well. A very good experience. We will be back

Good Course to Play
Greens in excellent condition but a bit slow. Fairways in good shape although some had a few weeds growing. Layout very nice with challenging holes with a number of doglegs. Beverage Cart girl very friendly.

Good Space Coast golf course.
The staff and playing conditions at baytree are always good. Good value can be had if using golf now hot deals, or playing afternoons if you can tolerate the heat and avoid the thunderstorms!
