About
This 18 hole championship course opened in 1992 and was designed by Bill Amick. The shady fairways are bordered by huge sprawling oaks and towering pines, nestled in the shadows of Bulow and Tomoka State Parks in Ormond Beach. The course features five elevated tee boxes and fast, contoured, highly manicured greens adequately protected by traps. A unique experience for the golfer who enjoys not only a challenge but also extraordinary scenery.

Good and slow
Everything besides the pace of play was great. Staff was friendly, course was in really good shape for February. Greens were in great shape and rolled a little slow but were true. I just don't like 5 hour rounds. Otherwise a very good experience

Loved the course, the staff and the pub. The pace was slow but that was a trade off for playing as- twosome instead being paired with strangers. Going back again on Tuesday!
Outstanding track
Greens are like a carpet great and the entire course outstanding its a keeper.
Fun round
New greens are in, not temporary ones. Challenging (and maybe a bit slow) but not unfair. Some Bermuda fairways seem a little sparse, but it’s mid-winter! Very friendly staff, and they worked hard to maintain good starting times and proper group sequencing; our threesome had to follow a late foursome, but they kept up the pace and we finished our round in just over four hours!
If I am back in the area, I would definitely play here again.
Not worth $50
Really lame for $50. Especially when LPGA is 10 miles away and $57 and a truly great set of courses.
Improved Greens
The new greens are playing well and fair. Fairways are sparse. Need a lot of growth
Staff was great. Practice range was good.The practice green was needing growth and much faster than course greens
Restaurant was open late and packed with friendly people and fairly priced
Not up to par
Course conditions are sub par. Too many bare spots over entire course, green speeds slow, and tees are in poor condition. Played here two years ago and course is in significantly worse condition.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Front nine fairways lacked grass but was very playable. Back nine fairways were much better.
