About
This 18 hole championship course opened in 1992 and was designed by Bill Amick. The shady fairways are bordered by huge sprawling oaks and towering pines, nestled in the shadows of Bulow and Tomoka State Parks in Ormond Beach. The course features five elevated tee boxes and fast, contoured, highly manicured greens adequately protected by traps. A unique experience for the golfer who enjoys not only a challenge but also extraordinary scenery.

In great shape
What a difference a year makes. No bugs and all greens were in great shape. Early tee time allowed a 3-hour round. Some tee boxes were chewed up, but better then LPGA at half the price. Super friendly staff in the office, starter and maintenance. First cut off the fairways are a little long. The second cut will lose your ball. Many deer walking around on holes 1, 2 and 4. Some hoof prints on the greens and in the sand traps. The course is in great condition.
Fun coarse. It took an hour to get through the first two holes because of slow play. Ranger said they were playing a scramble with the groupand he couldn’t do anything about it. Doesn’t matter what game you’re playing, pace of play matters. I would go back.
Nice course
Overall a very nice course. Greens were in good shape and fairways were too; tee boxes and rough had some patches that I’m sure will fill in with the heat. Many holes were very similar and nothing really stood out; but overall it’s a good value for a good course. It was an enjoyable day and the staff was great.

The greens are excellent the fairways are in good condition and the course has an excellent layout. Good value for money
Great Course
The course was in great shape. Greens were fast and smooth. Fairways had plenty of grass and traps. Enough tees to accommodate all golfers. Just a wonderful experience.
