Halifax Plantation

Overall it’s a good course. Lots of weeds intruding on the fairways and greens. Needs some TLC.

It’s a staple in the community. Great layout but the facility is showing its age. Clubhouse needs some major TLC as well as course bathrooms were bad. Course was decent. Most greens are good. A lot of tee boxes were struggling. A $40-50 value.

Course was bare in some spots, tee boxes the same. Pace of play was a little slow but we were a twosome with a foursome in front of us. Finding out there were drough conditions provided answers to the course condition issues.

Greens are starting to get some weeds. I hope course management will start addressing it before the get messed up like 3 years ago

Fairways were thin and crusty, greens were fast but has weeds starting to grow on them. A lot of money for poor conditions

Tee Box for all levels of play. Greens are fast. Fairways give an extra few yards.

We enjoyed our round.

No beverage cart. But libations available at the Club house.

Good value.

I'd play it again.

Front side fairways very thin front side greens have round grass spots, won’t go back

This course was a lot of fun and very well maintained. Location was easy to get to just a few minutes off the highway. I will most definitely come play again

Great layout, friendly staff, fairways were a little damp and were fine if you played a club length from lie overall well worth the $ and we completed play under 4 hours

First few tee box’s no grass first couple fairways no grass, greens on front many extra grass spot, back nine was better but NOT worth 60$

Tees and fairways could be better but the greens are excellent. Good value course. Played in the afternoon and course was quiet. Last played this a few years ago on another golf holiday with friends from England.

The layout is really nice, the fairways and greens are in great condition. Tee Boxes need professional help.

Halifax has a very good layout and cool local coquina stones around tee boxes. I like many of the holes. Decent club house nice range as well. The greens were redone a couple of years ago and are pretty good. Fairly quick and some steep slopes. But unfortunately course conditions are rough. Especially the first 3-4 holes. Tee boxes and rough are spotty. But fun. Like the track. Conditions need improve. There are too many bald spots and inconsistent clumps of grass.

Nice course that winds through a residential neighborhood. The homes are beautiful and set back far enough that I wasn't too nervous about hitting them. Tee boxes were okay but could use some tlc, fairways and rough had grass the greens are green but a little weedy and one green had some bigger issues. I played in the afternoon at the reduced rate and I plan on playing here again.

Nice layout w very nice greens. Tee boxes chewed up, fairways were spotty but playable. Nice practice areas for putting chipping and full shots

Easy to get to from Crescent Beach

Enjoyed it very much. The only thing that could have made it better was the need for water.

A nice track nice folks and we played it three times in two weeks
