I booked a tee time at this course on 18 February at 0700. Got there, checked in and we proceeded to the tee box at our booked/paid for tee time. The starter stops my group and says your tee time is not now, but in 10 minutes. I showed him my booking receipt and that our tee time was at that time. He said we would need to go to the clubhouse and speak with them. I understand things change and can accept that, but this where the problem came in. I went in and spoke to Mike. I showed him our booked/paid for tee time and his response was unprofessional, not courteous and rude. His response was literally, “so what”! This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed his unprofessional/rude attitude. I‘ve witnesses a trend…and that is that his unprofessionalism isn’t toward everyone.

Have not been here in several weeks and what a difference the course is in desperate need of watering you spent all that money doing tee boxes had the fairways in very good shape and now you just let it go??? What's up with that and you almost doubled the rates? Come on guys bring it back to life!!!

course was nice to play, had 2 couples in front of us who really slowed things down. we were 28 minutes behind after 9, but passed them and ended up 6 minutes behind pace!

Some parts of the course were in good shape, but some the greens were bare or rough . The biggest issue was slow play; it took over 5 hours to play 18 holes. It was a combination of too many groups playing in the afternoon and some groups lagging and just playing slow, especially around the greens.

Need marshals. 5 hrs. 15 minute round. Group in front of us had 2 holes open in front of them.

Teed off at 1:15 and almost did not finish by dark. Believe what you read here about 5 plus hour rounds any review that says different is full of it. I was hoping that the new management from Bloomingdale would make the conditions better but it's still the same, at least the greens are a tad faster. Still a great layout but that's not anything management can take credit for. Speed it up gents.

The course was in good condition staff was friendly problems we had though playing the first time was they had three foursomes waiting at the first tee and everybody went off and stayed backed up the entire time and the group behind us kept hitting into us several times it was a five and a half hour round

Have played this course a few times this year. Course is in pretty good shape for the amount of play it receives & its a GREAT layout. About the only thing that's bad condition wise, grass is a little thin around the greens & rough is very thin in a lot of areas, but.....hit the ball in the fairway & that shouldn't matter!!! Fairways are loaded with divots......my partner & I went through 3 boxes of sand & ran out!!! Every time Ive played, there are always 3-4 groups on the first tee. Usually it opens up after hole #3 & typically get a 4 hour round.....but today was a death march.... 5 hours!!!! Waited on every shot on every hole, and never saw a ranger moving the groups who were slowing down play. Really shouldn't have a 5 hour round anytime, but especially with a 1045 tee time. Course definitely needs a ranger out there making people move up to appropriate tees & quit hitting 2-3 shots when they dump it in the many lakes on the course. Also see so many people "fishing" for balls on basically every hole.What a shame.....hard to score a decent round with the kind of wait we experienced today!!!
