About
The Golf Club at Cypress Creek is a full service, 18-hole semi-private facility. Located just 25 minutes south of Tampa on I-75 at exit 240, this is a must-see club featuring a meticulously maintained championship course. It is designed on rolling terrain around 600 acres of pristine conservation wetland with multi-tiered tees, undulated greens, numerous bunkers and lakes. Great Layout. Excellent value golf course with a very enjoyable restaurant.

Nice course
Course was in good shape for summer in Florida. Will definitely play again
Greta couse that just needs TLS
Cups were not cut from weekend play for this holiday play; so edges were ragged.
Good place to play
Course was close to where we were staying. The guy in the pro shop was very friendly and even let us tee off about 10 minutes early. We played our entire round and didn't have to wait on anyone. We finished in about 3hrs. Some of the tee boxes didnt have much grass but it really doesn't matter since I tee up.They were level so that's all that mattered to me. Fairways were in playable shape and you had plenty of grass under your ball. The greens were in good shape , slower than what I'm use to but it made the course more fun because you could be aggressive with approach shots and chips. Very good course for the price. We ended up playing it again later in the week.

Had a good day playing Cypress Creek.
The front nine was great.
The pace of play was pretty slow on the back nine.
Mid week in the summer
Had a 1:15 tee time. The course was pretty wide open being summer and hot but that was fine. Because it was not busy our pace was really fast. I’d say 25% of the tee boxes where a bit beat up but otherwise the course was in good shape great value on golf now
Nice course
We played Cypress for the first time and enjoyed the round. The only negatives was a few tee boxes were in need of repair and the restaurant was closed. Other than that it’s a nice course with exceptional staff courtesy.
Nice course
Course was in great shape. New practice areas are nice as is new clubhouse. Great staff.
Course just ok
Tee boxes and greens were a little rough. Worst thing was pace of play. Had a group of 4 old guys who were on 6 when we started. Caught them at 9 and they had no interest of letting anyone play through and we were a twosome. Called clubhouse but they really didn’t even have anyone to send out to speed them up. It’s way too hot to be standing on a tee box for 15min the entire back 9. Otherwise for this time of year course was ok but for a Friday pace needs to be drastically sped up.
Should Have Known Better
Played with my wife on Father's Day. Checked in early and pro shop staff got us out 1/2 hour early. On the first tee we noticed a family in the fairway (husband, wife, and 3 young kids under 10 years old) all hitting balls. After our tee shots, we noticed to whole family on the green with carts parked next to the green. I noticed the kids hitting green as they attempted to hit the ball and when we got up to the green, I spent 10 minutes repairing the damage to the green. We informed the pro shop, but didn't see anyone talk to them. Staff was good and course was great except for the 5 1/2 hour round.
