Serenoa Golf Club

I have played this course three times in 3 weeks. Obviously, I have enjoyed it and broke 100 each time. HOWEVER, they have a trash problem. Trash all over the course. ALL OVER THE COURSE! Lots of water & birds, and with such an ecosystem, I was shocked as to how much trash. The attached pictures are trash I picked up each time I played. This was trash that I just happened to pass throughout the regular course of play. First week, I told the young men in the golf shop at the end of the round. 2nd week, I mentioned it to the woman who checked me in the golf shop what I found the week before and showed my picture. My 2nd week is the picture with the cart hub cap! 3rd week picture is the one with the Styrofoam, we fished out of a small stream, its green obviously many people had passed it by. Lots of smashed beer cans all around the parking lot area each time I played. Serenoa clean up your act! Nice course, and I will definitely play it again, but CLEAN UP YOUR COURSE!!

Based on other reviews I was expecting a3 star experience.

The course is not top shelf, but it’s a lot of fun. A bit short but plenty of water.

The greens were not in great shape but rolled true.

I was a single, they started me by myself and two parties let me play through so I was done in under 3 hours.

I will play here again.

Friendly staff, Played in 3-1/2 hours. Grass a little thin in some spots, but been some dry conditions. Great value for the price and even received a free beer! Thank you

With the exception of a few tee boxes, the course was in good shape. We hit a good tee time and played with minimal waiting in 3 hours. Plenty of local wildlife to provide some interesting distractions. A really nice round of golf!

Pace of play was fantastic, it is getting to the time of the year where seasonal people start to leave, which opens up the pace. Course was in good shape, played fair, the ladies working inside were wonderful and super nice.

The course was in minimal shape. Greens had many marks and rough edges. The course reminded me of a minimally run public course.

We are a twosome 10 handicaps that play quick. Took us 4.5 hours and we teed off at 915. 6300 from tips. So short. Not worth more than $20 for 18.

Waited 10-15 minutes per hole waiting on several groups in front of us. Course itself was nice, just the pace of play was extremely slow.

The course played touch throughout the round. Alot of water in play and with windy conditions it made it very challenging. Staff was nice and the dining room services was excellent!

Teed off at 2:38 - front 9 very slow (took 2 hrs 20 minutes). When 2 slow poke foursomes in front of us stopped after 9 we played back 9 in 1 hr 40 minutes. Greens were nice but Tee boxes and most fairways were kinda rough. Paid about $40 to ride 18 thru GolfNow which was a good value. They just needed someone to quicken up slow pojes!

Terrible pace of play and terrible condition of course

Staff in pro shop and bag drop very efficient and friendly. Free beer from the great cart woman a big plus. Course layout good and lots of nice water views. Only negative is pace of play, they need a marshal to keep things moving.

Nice benefits with drink and sandwich included with our round. Plenty of wildlife, we’ll cared for greens and tee boxes. Putting green and driving range privileges included. Good time had by all.

Have played here several times and enjoy the layout here. Great friendly staff every time.

Place was overbooked as pace of play was too difficult to finish the round. Greens are lush but way too slow.

Great value for the money if you can tolerate the slow play.
