Hidden in the folds of the Southern Nevada desert is the lush oasis of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The abundance and variety of water features characterize the golf course. Ponds and lakes come into play frequently. There are also mature palms lining the gently rolling fairways and generous greens. The club is known for the immaculate maintenance of the verdant tropical landscape. The course is player-friendly while at the same time offering Las Vegas golfers some unexpected challenges. The layout boasts a set of four impressive par 3s including the scenic third hole, which requires a tee shot over a pond. The designer, Ted Robinson, touted the holes as the best he's ever designed. Rolling mounds and strategic bunkering as well as the occasional multi-tiered green make the golf course more difficult, but there are wide fairways and ample landing areas to provide a balance. The playability of the course combined with the reasonable rates, especially for Las Vegas golf, has earned the club a popular following.

The course was in excellent condition. Some Tee Boxes on Par 3's were full of divots with sand in them. Lots of play. Course design was very good. I shot two under my age of 75 by birdieing the last two holes so great memories shooting a 73. I would play the course again as a great bargain for the money through GolfNow.

Good course, mediocre staff

Love the course, but was not happy that range balls weren't included in the booking. The confirmation clearly stated that range balls were included, but staff insisted that was a mistake, and wouldn't honor it. Driving range balls also spill all over the 18th hole, making it hard to find your ball, especially if you are playing a yellow ball. Perhaps a big high net along left border of range could fix this. Overall, I like the course however.

Played the course before, this might be the last time. Signed up as a single, pushed in to play with a threesome and share a cart with one of the other three!! During the pandemic!! What kind of measures are they implementing when they throw you in with a stranger that wore no mask, started to hit the beer by 9:30 am and vaped the whole time. I know I should have talked to the management, 100% my fault. Luckily, there are more courses that will earn my future business.

This course used to be one of my favorites. The carts had gps, range balls came with your round, not anymore. And ever other course has COVID restrictions and this course makes you pay extra to have your own cart. Only thing nice about this place now was the cart girl.

Slow Play/Bumpy Greens

Fix your divots, pick up your shoes on the green, and keep your cart on the path on par 3's! Since covid, play has increased immensely but people know nothing about taking care of the course nor know very little about golf etiquette. Looked like there were "marshals" on the course but did nothing to improve overall experience. If you're a beginner please familiarize yourself with basic golf etiquette and for the love of the game please take care of the course
