Siena Golf Course

Our cart ran out of battery on hole nr 12.

We called proshop several times and was told they were going to send one. After half an hour they said new cart on hole nr 16 only,when arriving there,nothing.

Luckily the guy we played with pushed our cart all they way through to the finish.

When arriving back we questioned the caddie master and he told us that they called US and that we told them everything was ok,that is a straight out lie.

Considering the extreme slow play, never saw an on course marshall and cart problem we will never play this course again.

Shameful

The course and conditions were great greens were challenging. Course was so over sold that as a twosome we had to wait 20 minutes for a cart which put us behind teed off at 2 original tee time was 1:40. There were 5 groups on every hole with no marshal paid for a full 18 ran out of light and only got in 12 holes. Go play some where else not worth the costs. When I tried to talk to someone in the pro shop it was closed. As a resident of Las Vegas I won’t be coming back.

We had a great time, greens were smooth, fairways were good, fair way bunkers could use work

Nice place ,have to keep a close eye on your ball if going near the rough. Kinda deep in a lot of areas. Greens were awesome. Enjoyed playing there

Overall in very good shape. Lush fairways . Lots of sand bunkers that can be challenging.

Good layout and good value.

Staff very welcoming great course some beautiful holes

People who play a lot of public courses in town know that Siena and Arroyo are 2 of the very best. They don’t close for overseed which is amazing. The course is still better than most during the over seeding process they stay open for. It’s really incredible. Greens are 90% right now and fairways are about 80%. Still better than most places in town and reasonably priced

Greens were reasonably fast, pace of play was 5 1/2 hours. In all fairness all the private courses closed and they packed to all the public courses. Needs Marshall on the course. Twosome in front was practice putting 4 to 5 times every hole. They got butt hurt when we asked them not to. Bottle water is $3.00.

It's descent course would not be my go to.

For the price, the course should be in better condition. Fairways can be bare in spots, different types of grasses make it troublesome at times to get a good lie in the fairway. Overall decent though. Tee boxes are pretty tore up in some spots, not all. Greens are cut good and faster than you’d think but quite a few ball marks on a lot of the holes, especially the par 3’s. It’s a good course, just overpriced for the conditions mentioned above.

This is a great course although pretty overpriced for what it is. I’m a local player and enjoy playing here but paying $120 is pretty steep. I can’t imagine paying over $300 to play as a non-resident.

The greens are in good condition. Some of the fairways had spots under repair but overall a great value.

This course was in the worst shape I have ever seen. Fairways and rough have tractor marks, patchy grass, and dirt. Greens were punched and sanded. Zero sand in bunkers. They are still charging premium price without saying anything about condition of course. In its current condition I would generously say this course is unplayable for the next 6-8 weeks. I golf every week and will not be spending any money at this course for a very long time.

I called the Friday prior to making a tee time on a Monday afternoon. I was told the course tee sheet was wide open for Monday afternoon and that the rate is $70. When I arrived to check in for my 1:06 tee time I was told the rate is $80. Siena and Arroyo do dynamic pricing which I feel is a ripoff. I can understand their reasoning during the winter when tee times are limited, but to raise the rate in the summer when they literally only have about 10 golfers on the course is ridiculous. I told the guy at the front desk that if they want to do dynamic pricing I should be able to offer $20 to $50 to play. He said they can't do that. Therefore, it is only dynamic in their favor.

Siena in the summer afternoon is a $50 course at best
