Already one of Vegas' best

Despite going through an agronomic setback this past winter, The Summit Club is already one of the best golf experiences in the Las Vegas area. The Discovery Land project has left no detail unattended to, from the layout of this Tom Fazio-designed golf course to the thoughtful touches throughout the course, which include comfort stations, gourmet snacks and even a 19th hole for settling wagers at the end. The views on the course are simply amazing. I don't know which I liked better, the vistas of the Vegas valley below or Red Rock Canyon and the mesas on the other side. And although the experience is already premium with its temporary facilities that include covered luxury Airstream trailers, I can't wait to see this place in another year or so when the permanent clubhouse is built and homes that cost upwards of $20 million dollars look down on the golf course below.
