About
Ravines Golf Club is southwest Michigan's first Arnold Palmer signature course. The course is situated three hours outside of Detroit in Saugatuck. Thanks to wide fairways and generous landing areas, the layout is not as tough as it seems but it does have plenty of challenges in store. Strategically placed bunkers, mature trees, and wetlands all come into play throughout. There are some challenging holes on the front half, including the sixth and seventh, but the back nine opens with the golf course's toughest hole. The ninth is a long and difficult par 5 dogleg left where trees, water, and bunkers come into play. Ravines Golf Club's signature hole, though, is the par-3 17th, known for both its scenery and level of difficulty. This hole requires a risky shot over a ravine to one of the golf course's largest putting surfaces.

Great golf couse
Course is a dream to play. Play the correct set of tees and your round can be very enjoyable. It's nice to have one of the kings courses so close by.
This course has all great features to make it great golf experience

Not customer friendly
Unfortunately, I doubt I will ever golf at the Ravines again. As a local, I expect better customer service. Also, not very female friendly..
The course was in excellent condition
My brother in law is coming up in June, from Champaign Illinois and can't wait to play this course with him! Hopefully we can get a good deal like I just had. Thank you!
Great value for an excellent course
Truly enjoyed our round at the Ravines. The Hot Deal made it available to our pocketbook. Will return often.
Very nice.
Quite scenic during fall colors. Still in excellent shape. Greens are hard and fast, don't hold that we'll. Excellent carts with GPS screens, nice!! Only negative is one has to pay for practice range balls, pretty cheap for a high end gof club, very surprising.
Beautiful fairways
Course is very challenging. Precision shots.....necessary layups....fun to play. Enjoyed the surrounding scenery also.
Loved The Ravines
We got a great price from Golf Now on our round at The Ravines. The course is in fantastic shape, challenging bunkering, large greens, pristine fairways and 4 tees to choose from. It's a great layout that is enjoyable for all levels of players!
Great Value-Fun Layout
If you catch this course at the right time, you can get a great round for a good rate. The course is fun and scoreable, but there is PLENTY of trouble if you are off track. Conditions were pretty wet this week, but typically the course is in excellent condition and the greens roll fairly fast and true. Outside of Harbor Shores, this is my favorite track in southwest Michigan.
Decent Track
Nice payout, plays short from the white tees, lots of layups. Greens were rolling true despite raining all morning before the round. Nice mix of holes, some forced carries and a couple risk-reward opportunities. I'd return, especially on a discounted rate.
Beautiful course
The course is setup well... Well kept and trimmed, has Huge sand traps...
The carts have GPS to the pin locations. There is a beverage cart coming around every 30 to 45 min or so.
This course is a northern Michigan style course set in Southwest lower Michigan...you rarely see the next fairway from the one you are playing...
Always enjoy playing there.
Outstanding
Course was in great shape (especially given that it rained 2 inches the prior day). Extremely spread out and well worth the extra money to play.
