Kiva Dunes Golf Course

Excellent golf course. If you want to be rewarded for a shot in the fairway it’s here. Very plush and green course, if you stay in the fairways. The staff does a great job of maintaining course. Unless they are making repairs or something you should bee pleased.

This course if extremely well maintained. Green, fairways and tee boxes are in perfect condition. Course map with distances are very helpful for first time player of the course. Our pace of play was right on time.

Best course in Alabama including Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Course immaculate, greens always perfect. Even at the rates, a great buy.

This was my first time playing Kiva Dunes. The staff at the course is fantastic. From the time you arrive at the bag drop to the time you take your cart to the cart return, the staff was friendly, nice and very accommodating.

Great practice area (range balls included in the greens fee). The course has a nice mix of sand, water, trees, and rough. The course was in excellent shape. The greens were big and quick with lots of slopes and undulations. There are many scenic, and fun golf holes. If you book on Golfnow with a Hot Deal, the course is quite a bargain. The worst part of the round was the SLOW play. Once we reached hole #9, we had to wait on the tee box and we had to wait on every single hole from 9 - 18. Very slow and agonizing.

The course is quite open with plenty of room of the tees. There are a few strategically place bunkers which makes you think about what you are doing, but if you are a little wayward, the course is not too penalizing. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely be back to play again.

Best course in the Gulf area! Diverse holes, scenic, fast undulating greens, good pace of play, excellent staff, and a bargain if you book a Hot Deal on Golfnow!

Starter rushed us before tee time then we were held up every hole.

Marshal was pleasant and helpful.

Holes are too close for amateur players...rather dangerous at times.

Course was firm even after 2 weeks of rain. Greens were quick and had some nice breaks on them. Plenty of room off the tee and greens are pretty good size.

The course has an excellent mix of sand, water, trees, and rough. The four people in our group were impressed with the challenging layout. The course was in excellent shape. The greens were big and quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning here soon.

This track is always a great challenge. Wd had some weather issues with rain and wind but it drains very well, and there was no standing water anywhere. The Happy Cart remains one of the most expensive in the area as are drinks inside the bar/restaurant. I was asked if I wanted a double bloody mary when I ordered one mid morning. Wrongfully assuming there was a 'double' discount, but no...18.00! The cart girls need to know how NOT to disturb golfers when they drive around. Cheers

One of the best courses I’ve golfed. From the moment we pulled in we felt welcomed. Bag drop staff, starter, and cart girl were outstanding and great to visit with. Very helpful! Second off this morning and made it around in 2 hours and 47 minutes.

I played all the golf courses in the area being a local in Gulf Shores Alabama, and this golf course is pretty much the best golf course in the area. The staff in the pro shop is accommodating to my needs and want to do. Best of all the greens here are the best...
