Kiva Dunes Golf Course

Great course layout and overall condition. Payed the white tees which bring lots of the bunkers into play and made for a fun round. Decent pace of play and got paired with some good folks. Bring bug spray for the practice areaS

Course is challenging but very well kept. Staff is great. Good food in clubhouse.

But hazard areas come into play

Bunkers were in great shape

Pricy but a great course

As always the course was in good shape but hard. Only drawback was the pace of play was very slow.

My go to course for conditions. Even though greens had been punched over month ago, ran true. All staff on and off the course outstanding. Fun place to play and always in great shape

This course exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what I was getting into as I pulled up I had never had the course staff help me with my things. I am a beginner golfer and this was definitely a trip to remember.

Nicest course near Gulf Shores imo . The greenskeeper should be commended , it was in perfect shape.

Greens were fast but not too fast , rolled true .. Lots os tee box choices to suit everyone.

We had a lot of rain but the course was in great shape and drained better than anyplace I’ve been. Guys in the pro shop said they never go cart path only. On the high side but much nicer than gulf shores golf club for the money.

Really nice place to play. I joined up with a wonderful older coupleand had a nice afternoon. We even saw a gator. But when i got to the practice greens i realized that the greens had been punched a few weeks ago. The starter confirmed tell8n* me it had been 2 1/2 weeks. When I went in to the pro shop after the ro7nd I told the guy working the desk that”you have a really nice golf course here. I enjoyed it a lot.. Can I suggest you let people kn9 on your website that the greens were recently aerated. After all it is a $100 + to play here.” He responded by saying “its been over a month”. Which bothered me because I was very kind about my suggestion, even telling him I would be back. But to bold face lie to me when it is clearly not been a month. Thats just bad people skills.

One last thing, beware they allow 5-somes. In fact there were a number of them, which resulted in a 5 hour round.

Still a really nice track and worth playing.

Played this course while on vacation. Even though I only played nine holes, it was a great course! I would have loved to have played 18 but was limited on time.

I love the course, but at $135/ round, I don't play as much as I'd like to. It is worth extra no doubt. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is a great value IMO.

Interesting layout with some really unique holes. They recently aerated and the greens are not healing particularly well, though. Really bouncy and slow.

I could have tolerated that if not for an incredibly slow and loud group in front of us, who single handedly added an extra hour to the round. It seems like the marshals knew how slow they were playing and didn’t do anything to make them push their pace.

I wanted to enjoy the round but the pace of play, in addition to the aerated greens, really marred the whole experience.
