Great course

Everyone is writing bad reviews but this course is pretty decent. Yea the bunkers aren't the best for your money but stay out of them makes it more fun. All the people mad at this course probably slice or hook but if you hit solid golf balls you will have fun. I would play here again I shot an 84 and had a blast under 4 hours.

Not great.

There are dozens of other courses in the area that are better than this course. I am sure it had it's day, but that must have been 20 years ago. Tee boxes and greens were in fair shape, but fairways, and any other area were in terrible condition. All the homes along this course are in dis-repair, and some are even boarded up. Go to Oasis, shadow mountain, or Woodhaven, which are close. They are far superior courses and well maintained.

Need to correct direction play

Overall the course was nice, green condition was also great. But every hole surrounded houses. If I knew this , I might not go there.

Torn

Pro —Let me start by saying the greens are the BEST I’ve seen at any course in the Coachella Valley. The fairways are in great shape. No bad lie in the fairways. It’s a relatively easy course to play.

Con— Cost to play this course is too much…Bunkers are the worst I’ve ever seen. Hard as asphalt with little sand.

Pace of play was good. Staff was good and helpful.

This would be 4-star course if not for the terrible bunkers and price

Fun if you can stay out of the bunkers

Fund course. We'll maintained fairways and greens. Super friendly and helpful staff. Practice greens for chipping and putting are very nice. Only complaint is the bunkers which are difficult to miss as they leave narrow target areas in otherwise wide fairways and they are very hard packed. I didn't even leave footprints in them. The round was very fun though and I would absolutely go back. The greens were my favorite part of this course. They rolled very nicely.

Never disappointed

Always make a plan to play this course when visiting in the valley! Not too difficult or too easy. The holes are challenging enough to make it interesting for an intermediate golfer without leaving discouraged. Would be good for any level really. Staff are friendly and the price is about average. See you next year!

OK Course, Competitive Price, No frills GREAT staff

Staff were exceptional. Great location and service from check in to final hole. This is not a resort or upscale course. More closely resembles good not great muni. Small greens in great shape. Dirt bunkers with inconsistent density. Mostly wide fairways and MANY opportunities to score thus lower slope. Homes along course ranged from inexpensive to uninhabitable (literally burned out... ages ago). Despite housing scenery, layout was fun. GREAT place to learn or bring newbies and budget conscious golfers.

Lots of bunkers, little sand

Overall a fun course. Well maintained fairways and greens. It seemed that every hole had fairway bunkers to contend with and narrow targets between them. All of the bunkers were hard packed sand and that was the only thing I found disappointing.

Fine but overpriced

Just too much money for the kind of course it was. It was fine, fun enough and forgiving. Greens were in good shape. But it was not a $120.00 course...and honestly, felt like a bit of a gouge.
