Palm Desert Country Club

First time my wife and played this course. Nice wide fairways, good conditions. Greens were also in good shape, not huge, but ball ran true, not much break in any putt. Sand traps were mostly hard packed. Pace of play was good, we would go back.

With wide open fairways and fairly level fairways this course is very accessible to intermediate golfers. The greens are in excellent shape and the fairways are green throughout the course, none of the brown areas from earlier reviews. Views to the surrounding mountains are beautiful.

The course is fun. The front nine is not as challenging as the back nine. Unfortunately you have to cross a lot of roads. You do not have the right of way, so be careful and have fun

Great playable course with mostly wide fairways. Water and fairway bunkers are in play on several holes, but are not overly challenging. Played this course several times over the past month, and enjoyed it each time.

The course was in good shape but the homes around the course look pretty trashy.

flew in from Canada to play. was expecting more from Palm Desert. missing a lot of little things like beverage cart (no cat at all)

no on course washrooms, pro shop fellow could have been quite a bit friendlier, a little short and direct attitude. price is quite high for what you get. for the cost, i would not recommend

We played course last year and it was pretty rough shape. Not so this year . Tees, greens and fairways all nice and green. Even traps have been improved. No driving range, but nice putting green and practice chipping green. Staff was pleasant. No Marshall, but this day we didn’t need it. He lunch on site and it was very nice. This one is a keeper for us. It is one of the older courses in the area, but the track is fun to play

Front nine not in very good condition. Back 9 much better and more attractive.

Often good landing areas off of the tees but with some bunkers strategically placed on fairways and around greens to create some good challenges. Enjoyed it a lot and would manage it differently for sure next time around.

Nice shape, lots of room on fairways when hitting from tee, with just enough challenging water and trap placements. Greens are nice too with subtle breaks.

We played early morning and finished in 4 hours, the course was in great condition, greens ran true all day, fast greens even early in the day. Friendly staff everywhere in the facility and clubhouse.

this course is fairly easy and should not take more than 4 hours on a cart. We only played 17 holes as play was slow and didn't have enough daylight to finish. No Marshall was seen all round.
