Thirsty
Course was in good shape, layout was good, everything was tidy. Was a little disappointed to wait unto the 10th hole to see a beer cart but the interaction with the attendant was good so all and all good bang for your buck

Left wanting.
The traps were hard packed clay. The greens and fairways were nice, but the areas surrounding the fairways were terrible.

Not worth the money
Tee boxes and Greens were very good, everything on between not so good, especially off the fairways. I was expecting better course conditions when paying the price of green fees they are demanding.

Nice course and tough greens
Liked the course. The green were very hard to read thus difficult, but a very good time. Check in was easy and appreciated the staff’s time/assistance since we weren’t familiar with course.

Easy course except for greens were unmowed, grainy and inconsistent throughout. Some funky pin positions as well.

Good condition and greens were outstanding. Did not want to pay $180 for a round of golf and this fit the bill.

Greens were excellent. Some areas around the course needed attention. Played in 4 hrs

Changes underway.
The course apparently has changed hands and is in the process of being improved. The greens were excellent, the tees and fairways OK, but the rough is poorly kept and the signage bad. The golf club is set in a tired subdivision and many trips from green to the next tee are along or cross the residential streets. Ambiance is minimal but considering Palm Desert prices, you get what you paid for.

Looks like the course has been re-designed. It resides in an old Palm Desert neighborhood. There is no driving range, they substituted that with a couple of nets. Finding the first hole was a challenge, it is not near the club house. The worst part is none of the signage is helpful while traveling between greens and tees…I would never play this course again.
