Had to wait 20 minutes past our tee time for a cart, pace was terrible to start but improved about the 7th hole. Greens were actually in pretty good shape, fairways were pretty rough and very dry. For $30 it was okay, played on worse before :)

Poor pace of play
I’m not an experienced or even remotely decent at golf… but This course needs better course management to control the pace of play. Word of advice if you allow walkers on the course, you’ve got to stretch out tee times. Expecting a 2-1/2 to 3 hour game, we were over 2 hours in when we left at hole 10 because we were held up by groups of walkers.
On top of that… greens were rough, trash in all of the ponds and in the weeds.
Sure for $15-$20, id waste my money to get some swings in…. But $34!!
Word of advice… spend the extra $15-$20 and go to literally any other course for 18 holes.
