Ocean View Municipal Golf Course

Price was low enough to make it worthwhile. Fairway are full of dead areas. Bunkers are unplayable. Maintenance staff is argumentative as well as the manager. Very unfriendly course.

The course was packed because of the unexpected warm weather, but the pace of play was still good and finished in 4 hours. Greens were in good condition and it was only $13 on a hot deal.

The greens were very consistent from hole to hole. Many bunkers are in below average condition. Pace of play was 4 hours for 18 holes.

Course was in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly. The greens were outstanding and the fairways were above average. I'd recommend this course to anyone.. especially at the current price point.

For the price the greens were really good. Course layout was fun.

Greens are in great shape. Fairways have too many bare spots the should be GUR. Bunkers are terrible. These problems are nothing new.

Enjoyed the course layout! The greens were better than expected. The only negative aspect of the day was slow play.

Between the four players who played we have playing experience of over 100 years. We have played great courses and municipal courses.

Such was the quality of service, the course conditions and the pace of play, we played one hole and left the course and drove to another course. We have never left a poor review but this deserved it.

Course is fun to play..has some challenging holes..greens are extremely slow..u really have to pound the ball to get it to the cup

Good value for the money, Back 9 very short. Greens were in terrible shape. Don’t think they had been rolled for many weeks.
