Good course
Course was in great shape for winter and is usually in good condition in the summer. Fun place to get a round in at a decent price. Pace of play could be a little quicker.

Winter golf in VA Bch
Coming off an inch of rain with very cold temps the past week, course was in good shape. Dormant fairways and rough is to be expected. It was cart path only due to the rain, but an easy day on the course.
Greens were speedy but had poanna or some type of grass not planted by staff. Bunkers were well maintained.
Overall, a good place to get 18 holes in with the group

Good course
I've played here a few times. The course and practice areas are well maintained. Large practice greens are nice and you can actually hit off grass on the range. Tee boxes in much better shape than some of the courses in the area and greens are good as well.

Aerated fairways
Booked though Golf Now so no idea that fairways were being aerated - like playing on a ploughed field so knocked points off for course conditions. Really should close the course for a couple of days or offer like $10 rounds. Will help keep the course nice for the rest of the year though and like this course most of the time

Great Course Design and Layout
This is a spectacular Donald Ross designed course. It’s a beautiful tree lined layout with typical Ross greens. They had punched the greens the previous day but were still fast. Staff is very friendly.
