About
Gary Panks designed Aliante Golf Club to be player friendly rather than score crushing. It is supposed to be a Las Vegas golf version of Cheers.
Everyone may not know your name, but there is a huge practice facility, good clubhouse digs to kick back in and most of all a 7,022-yard layout that does not play nearly as fearsome as its 139-slope rating would indicate.
Which doesn't mean there isn't plenty of variety. With 54 bunkers, 14 bridges, four ponds and two waterfalls, about all Aliante is missing is a kitchen sink on a par 5.
"Aliante is a little out of the way, but it was well worth the trip," Todd Dewey wrote in TravelGolf.com. "It was a bit surreal to be playing in a picturesque setting in that part of town and the fast pace of play made it even more enjoyable. There was absolutely no waiting."

Aliante for the Father’s Day Win
The course looked great, played great, and the pace of play was great! The cost was incredible for the condition of the course

Good for season
Weather was a little bit iffy when we played, but course conditions were acceptable based on time of year.
Summer Bermuda
Letting the overseed die and waiting for the Bermuda to grow. Nice if we had been informed.
Not Worth Playing Even with a Discount
The course was dry and in poor condition. Thankfully we did not pay the tee time cost from their website. Even with a deal it was way over priced. The greens had.just been pinched which made putting a challenge. I would not recommend this course unless it is in better condition.
Better value at other courses
The fairways were still mostly dormant and uneven. The sand traps were mostly unraked and some had hardly any sand, The greens were bumpy and sandy. The pro shop attendant and starter were friendly. The restaurant was good and the servers were great. But overall not worth even the Hot Deals price.
If you are not a regular....
Well, for the distance I had to travel my experience was less than exciting. First off...I showed up for my tee time early to find out the course was running behind, due to the course was over booked and regular golfers were allowed to tee off before paying golfers. I know being a member of golf clubs has its perks but it should come with guidelines and regulations.
So pace of play stunk almost 6 hours for a round was unacceptable. On the positive note, the greens were very nice 👌🏿
Good layout, but nothing extra.
We loved the course and felt like the layout was fun as each hole winds around each other. My biggest complaint was that the course offers nothing to go with your tee time. So many courses in Vegas offer at least a free bucket of balls for the range and maybe a hot dog a beer at the turn. Aliante doesn’t offer any of this, there is 1 bathroom on the entire course so I hope you like to go in a bush somewhere and we didn’t see the cart girl staff once.
Play
Staff was warm and friendly and start times were prompt. I would say the course was not a bad layout and fun to play although the fairways were very hard with bare spots . Greens were fun and true Pole position was also excellent. It's a medium level of course that's fun to play and a good value.
Love the layout
Course I’m pretty good shape for this time of year. Bunkers could definitely need some help and greens were rolling nice!
