Great day of golf
Pace of play was great. You can almost always get a great tee time. Only concern is the inability to use golf now, the night before to get a morning tee time, which doubles the rate you pay..
Great Condition
Played a lot of local courses around Lake land and Zephyrhills. Decided to drive to
Brooksville. Glad I did wide open fairways with excellent greens that actually had some break to them.
I’ll be back
Sprinklers
It’s pretty sad when your twosome play and the sprinklers are running on the greens the whole round!!!!!! Greens were puddled and the areas around the greens were soaked and almost impossible to chip. Try watering after play is over for the day not when people are still on the course!!!!!!!!!

I am new to golf, so take my opinion with that in mind. This was a nicely maintained course. I was a single and ended up linking up with a twosome because the group ahead of them was some sort of league that wouldn't let anyone play through. They were a foursome that was in no hurry. I now see why some courses have people to regulate to pace of play. None existed here. It took just over 4.5 hours to do 18 holes and we did a lot of standing on the tee box and in the fairway.
Great course
Great course This golf course presently is in the best shape of any golf courses in the area in regard to fairways greens San boxes and teas fantastic condition
Great value for the money!
Snagged a tee time day of. Showed up and went right out. Only interacted with the pro staff who were very friendly. Course was in solid shape despite not having much rain lately. Some greens had some wear on the edges but aside from that they were solid. A little slow but it was 90*+ outside so can’t expect them to be rolling a 12. Honestly a very great value for the money. I’ll be back again.

Course has improved quite a bit since earlier this year.
New greens
The coarse was in great shape they have had 2 greens on the back nine that were temp but they have opened them up they are still working on them but they are in better shape now than they ever have been
