Bear's Best Atlanta

Overall the course was a in great shape. The only issue being the bunkers which were mostly hard pan.

Love playing Bear's Best. Played in a scramble. I would play this course more often but it can get very costly. I am always looking for a Hot Deal or the Twlight rate.

I absolutely love this golf course. The only downside is that it seems like every time I go it always rains! However, I will continue to play here. The facilities are great, the layout is great. The only advice I would give is just go by the gps, because the scorecard yardage differs from the yardage book markers because I think they have added some tees throughout the years. From the Gold tees it can stretch out a good bit, maybe pushing 7100.

Good course, super wide fairways. Greens rolled true, come play if price isn’t an issue.

Round was booked a week prior, pro shop had no listing of my tee time. Putting green closed. Bunkers and tee boxes look like they’ve been left to erode for the last month. Starter in pro shop allowed two of our players to break off before the first tee. 4 old gentlemen played infront, they were not slowing P of P actually, group infront of them was. Problem was that Marty one of the pros decided to make it a five some from 8 to 15. Disappointed in how this took place. Would not spend $75-$100 for a tee time here. I actually played pretty well today, so that’s not where the frustration comes from. First time I played it was immaculate; now I think the Golden Bear would be greatly disappointed.

Followed social distancing guide lines club house, carts etc... I was paired up with 3 other players i did not know but we had a great time. They made me feel very comfortable great guys..The course was in great shape as usual temperature was also good not too hot or windy. Played just under 41/2 hours shot in the mid 80's. At the end of the round were instructed to take the carts out to our cars and unload everything the cart guys came and took the carts back to the cart shed for us awesome. Will play again real soon

Very enjoyable round of golf, fun layout, challenging shot making. very good conditions. The fairways still need to green up a bit, and the greens were recovering from aeration. The sand bunkers were very hard due to recent rains and needed to be tilled and/or topped off. Was very pleased with the customer service and the attention paid to guest satisfaction.

This course is the best value in Atlanta, from the general manager on down everyone displays amazing customer service and really cares about your experience.

This course is still in as good shape as it was when it was double the price with caddies. They’ve done an amazing job of transforming from a snobby expensive club to an overall a great golf experience and value.

Found my ATF golf course! With Covid-19, I played as a single on the course the 3 times I played. Although the greens were aerated they played well. The fairways were in great shape. I’ve played this course years before but couldn’t see paying the prices then, until I saw them affordable on GolfNow. But since May 1st they are back up! So, I will not be playing there until they come back down. The ground staff were professional, courteous and helpful.and appreciate the sacrifices they made to attend to the cart returns, sanitizing all the carts and risking their exposure.

Electronic score card and GPS on cart was not working..

On 18th hole, half way in the fairway, two ladies arguing so loud, I could not concentrate on 2nd round. Otherwise it was good!

We played during the CV-19 shutdown. The course was nice and very playable. The staff was over the top great, very helpful and respectful of the our safety and needs. Will go back again.

Very challenging for course but a lot of fun! Greens were just aerated so they were a little bumpy but still fast. Would highly recommend this course.

Great layout with different types of holes. Some tight with precision needed and some more open. Had to use a lot of different clubs in the bag as opposed to some courses being only a few. Staff extremely friendly, will play course again hopefully.
